Yeah...Looks good in the videos. Its one of the worst "Luxury resorts" I have been to. Nothing luxurious about the resort apart from the price. The rooms are badly maintained, the staff doesn't give a F. No room service. You literally have to walk a mile just to get to the reception or the restaurant, cause there is no intercom. Its fun in the winter afternoon, but not as much fun when going for dinner and a hell lot of insects looking for a meal. The food is bland but then no gives a F. The location is indeed good, but the rest is really bad and I had booked the damn cottages for three days. If you compare it to west bengal tourism properties now, you are in for a rude shock. WBTDC is miles ahead and cheaper.

This resort highlights for it's location not for service. All Rooms are well maintained, I personally check because full resort was booked by us . The negative point is the food. Food review is very bad .
