The Holy Monastery of Makrymalli with the miraculous Holy Cara (head) of Saint Parthenios.

We go on a pilgrimage to the historic Holy Monastery of Makrymallis, near Psachna in Evia. The monastery was miraculously saved from the great fire in 2019 that stopped just outside the holy monastery. In addition to the icon of the Virgin Mary that is displayed there, the monastery also houses the miraculous cara (head) of Saint Parthenios, Bishop of Lampsakos, which in many cases it cures the terrible disease of cancer. #greekorthodoxvlogger #orthos #holy #monasteries #pilgrimage
