Thinking back at it, it's really related to the nature you have around you. Growing up in French Guiana, I have had several schoolmates that drowned in rivers or the sea. It does happen unfortunately, as people often go swimming in nature (warm water all year long)

I did actually meet and befriend a Habsburg about 10 years ago.
Back then, there was a Nativity play where I live and a Habsburg, similar in age to me partook in it. You may ask why. Honestly, I dont quite know why. What I do know, is that my father has ties to the Habsburgs, because he does accounting for them regularly. And he was the organizer of the Nativity play. What happened most likely is that either a) my father mentioned the Nativity play to the Habsburgs and they decided it would be a good idea if their son participated or b) my father knew the Habsburgs had a son my age and asked if he wanted to join, since he himself had a similar aged son (me).
Now sadly, I havent met the guy since, nor have I spoken to him. He was kinda insane though. As in, at the tender age of ~9 he knew like 8 languages. I knew 2 at the time, but that's also mainly because I had two mother tounges. Anyway, I do wonder what he might be like today.

As someone who grerw up in the Alps, ain't no way you're complaining about hiking for too much until you really can't go. It's a matter of pride so you usually suck it up. Also you go skiing basically every week-end during winter. I'm young so I know this is still applicable today and it makes people really sporty.
But the more you grow up the more you enjoy it usually.
