I totally agree.
This has crossed my mind several times but this is the first time I've heard anyone else mention it. I think she was attacked when she came in the door after no dropped her off. It's possible shannan never even seen it coming. Ambushed.
Evidence shows it was in master bedroom. Shananns makeup on the sheet shows it would've been soon after she got home

The canines are better cops than the humans. The humans didn’t know what the dogs were looking for, nor could they understand the dogs indicating they found something.
That was a mistake. They will have to give them a course on which dog sniffs or detects what scent. I think what caused some confusion too was Cris was in the house and they weren’t expecting him to be the killer . Certain dogs have excellent sniffers compared to humans.
@@TEBme-sf1it True…. But they’re like a weapon, if nobody knows how to use them, they can’t be used properly. It’s sad because they had access to the dogs but didn’t know how to use them. There should always be a couple of canine handlers on staff to use the right dogs for the best answers. 🐶🦮
Everyone should've been off the premises for a start. Police tape in place.
Dogs trained for these types of jobs do need room to move, so to speak, without those rhat don't live there with their scent.

Jane did annoy me though because she wasn't really paying attention to her dog when it smelt a scent by that dumpster where Chris threw his clothes

Dogs don't always catch scents either. It's not uncommon.

Jayne was too busy talking and because of her evidence was lost! She did not do a good job at all
Totally agree, Jane could barely hang on to the dog as it tried to get to the dumpster. She pulled him away in a different direction. That is when they found the bullets in the road shortly after .

I find it ridiculous that this happened. People are crucified at coffee shops for making a mistake in someone's latte or mixing up an order, and it was okay for law enforcement to mix up two different dogs for collecting evidence? Come on.

She is 1,000,000,000% right Jane came in and said this is not a cadaver dog it feels or smells the different sweats you put off in trauma. It was a trauma dog, so it would not be looking for decomposition. That is why the dogs did not alert for unaliving

I believe shannan was unalived in the house but her body wasnt long enough in house for decomposition to become apparent hence the cadaver dogs didnt pick up.
I'm 100% with you. Shannan was taken out the back. I don't believe for 1 minute she was in his truck on the floor and the girls in the back. He is covering for nk. Was NK checked for scratches etc. as she made have had if she was present at the time? He definitely had assistance moving Shannans body (I believe). Why would he disconnect the camera at the rear of the property?
100% agree. To make the public think that he would load the bodies at the front, at the theatrical scene fully lit, is the insult. He back the truck only because he didnt want the kids to be seen at 5am.

What a botched investigation. First you suspect the husband. Why leave him alone then go search the next day. He had plenty of time to clean which he did. So crime scene was of no use during second search
They messed up from the minute they arrived. If not for NA, Chris could have gotten away with murder. I hope people who are learning to be investigators will follow this case to know what not to do during an investigation. Wow!!

Yes she’s one of the few people I watch still, she never talks about nonsense theories about people being “satanists” or “witches” . She only talks facts (as far as I know 😂).
My opinion, the police in Colorado made a lot of mistakes. They didn’t put gloves on. They put stuff in plastic bags instead of paper bags, and after Chris said he did it they didn’t fully finish the investigation with NK. Just ridiculous to my opinion.
They did mistakes because they were told to do a lousy job. THis is why one of them resigned from work, and Rourke claimed it was due to "PTSD" so he invented that the cops will now have some sessions of relax- meaning talking sensitive stuff to a strangers. I bet this new venture is Rourkes wife business.
They probably were planning to try and get her to plea and now that they have the main guy they don't want to bother. They like a slam dunk case and without direct evidence or witness is a lot of work and money and will probably go nowhere. But she can always slip up or get ratted out any time and get tried years later like the adelsons.

I asked the same thing. Maybe they contained the mess with the sheet and were able to clean up anything else. He had plenty of time to do so.
I think the sheet was maybe to wrap her body in. They might have made her wear it over her head also. Too many missing pieces to our puzzle
Z, there was a lady that I believe was s lawyer or prosecutor that has a channel (maybe you could help me find her) that broke down the neighbors camera footage and you do see a shape of NK in the footage from the driveway ponytail and all!!. Now she found this from the very beginning of this case. I truly believe that NK WAS INVOLVED FROM THE BEGINNING AND PLANNED IT FOR CW!! He was her puppet and she made damn sure those girls and the baby wasn't going to be in his life AT ALL!!! I appauld your not giving up to make sure this "thing" gets interrogated PROPERLY!! Please keep the faith and know people like me are behind you 150%😊
Police made premature deal with the psycho (NK) thinking that no guilty person would approach the detectives...Little they knew that NK is highly intelligent, experienced with police psycho-and sociopath. She can lie through her teeeth, whilst opening her legs and puting her chest up...making any men talking to her to forget the question. What to sociopath CANT DO - is to show genuine compassion. So she did a horrible job with her attempt to cry with dry eyes and saying "NEVYYYRRR" like trying to burn it into detectives brain. Or "they were that big" showing size of Cece with her hands...

Look, while I understand everyone's frustrations on behalf of the fact NK walked free & clear. I too felt the LE and the Bureau dropped the ball on pursuing charges against NK! Having said that, unfortunately and bc I have read every single discovery that was available to us (I believe it took me 2 weeks after CW was convicted, for me to get all of what was available at that the time). I along with an entire team combed through those discoveries day in and day out and in the first discoveries what we found and received was quite surprising bc it was very little info. As far as NK interviews, all of her interviews had been redacted from the initial discoveries as well as anything that would have placed any light on her as far as her having participated at any degree in the murders. But the one thing that we found interesting in the first discovery that had any reference to NK was that one thing was made clear and that was that she was given immunity at the start of her second interview, the same interview her father mysteriously sat in on. Even more alarming was when we requested the redacted discoveries be released due to the case having been resolved, we were told adamantly NO! So we had to push further and had to step up going in with an attorney that was licensed there in Colorado and essentially threaten to file a lawsuit for those missing discoveries that we knew and felt would give us all those unanswered answers. This would not be the case as it only gave us far more questions than answers. The LE and the Bureau were in such a hurry to make an arrest on this case due to the pressure they were under by their community, plus for political.reasons as well esp with that DA!. Idk if I said this but one other thing that was surprising to my team and I was that in the second and then last set of discoveries we were finally provided is that was the part that became redacted from the 2nd & last and final set of discoveries, they had redacted the fact that NK was given immunity and therefore not only would she not be charged with a crime on behalf of this case but that she can never be charged for anything regarding the Watts case! There is absolutely nothing that can be done here. So I truly don't understand why you all think and keep talking about the prayers, hopes, determinations so many have of getting this woman charged for these killings as well. It will never happen..end of story

No it had nothing to do with her actually and everything to do with the fact her father is a millionaire and an election was just around the corner for DA, & other city council politics! Her father would make huge donations to the community for these "elections", in their area! My theory all along. They could have used the threat of harming her children to get her to do anything they wanted. Shanann would have done anything to protect her kids.
Totally agree she was not killed at the home nor the children. There was an empty “safe house” that no one checked to look at either that the dog alerted on the walk near the Watts home.

The smell of cleaning supplies in this house was very strong. Ceiling fans were all on in the rooms. I believe she was killed in the house. Just my thought.

He would not be able to carry her when she passed. I worked in critical care units in a hospital. 2 ppl lifting the body would still be too heavy to carry.
You’d be surprised the things people could do when adrenaline hits. Also he looked like a fit guy, I think he could have done it on his own.
Why the police didnt make an experiment on Chris ability to kill, shove, bury in 38 minutes, whilst texting? They would have an answer on wheter he had help or not. Unless they know he had help (NK and another guy) but as Anadarko requested and bribed Rourke, they needed to "accelerate, pound til is nothing, and close the case.
This case was so botched frim.the beginning that im surprised they were even able to convict Chris. If I've learned anything, it's that Colorado police are incompetent to an extreme. This case and poor little Jon Benet are great examples of this. Great video, as always, Z!! 😊❤

I was at a site where they were finishing up Shan Ann’s autopsy. You can’t see her body but the doctor was handing her bra and a different top to another person to hang up with her name on it.
They also showed the sheet she was wrapped in which was sad but gross.
she was wearing a bra, a shirt and underwear wrapped in a sheet.. i believe they were in bed together when he strangled her

I still believe they had all passed at the house. They mentioned the smell of cleaning stuff was really strong when the dogs came in.
Definitely and plus cop that went in first, took pictures of the bags at the bottom steps which where gone next day. Blood on the archives up the stairs next day gone as the cop notice this.
But why no hit by the cadaver dogs? That's my biggest issue with this theory.
Yes bc Chris did a deep dive cleaning according to NK. She said the house was spotless before he cleaned. That explains the strong smell of cleaning agents.

There is confusion on the one blue bag that was taken by the parents bc that bag they think might belong to NK. By the time they asked her parents they said the two bags of items were washed and they were in shock so couldn’t remember if anything they emptied and cleaned from the bags possibly wasn’t Shan Ann’s.

This case went from a wellness check to homicide pretty quick.
Firstly the whole premises shouldve been taped off & no one should've been in the house.
Dogs then brought in to do their job.
Dogs need room to move (so to speak) without confusion with so many people around. Even though these tyoes of dogs are well trained, if a dog is inconsistent too many times they'll let go.
We had an ex police dog years ago because of the inconsistencies. I must say he was a wonderful family pet. He did help a police officer once though when there was a lost little boy in our area & the dog find him
@karen.j.h. firstly we only saw what was on police cam. NA should've been calling out, looking through windows before police turned up.
Then we have Chris, the husband, the father, who gets home & goes straight to Shananns car, probably checks the house, then opens the door.
I was looking at Chris & how he was acting & what he was doing. Like I said, he was the husband & the father.
Tbh, the only thing I would've done differently was if one of my friends who I thought could possibly be collapsed in the house with 2 little girls would be kicked down the door.

Maybe when she went out the back if she did, that’s why Jane’s dog was pulling so hard, but nobody would go towards the dog that was pulling… there’s a guy painting a house because they’re not lived in yet behind their development. It’s bizarre that he hears a barking dog just going nuts yet doesn’t bother to turn around and look… It’s just all very weird. was he out there as a reason why the dog was barking and pulling? Why is this dog that Jane had, pulling towards the back of a home and one girl just stops her mid search and said “ my dad wants to talk to you” and Oop! Within 3 minutes of speaking to Jane, search is shutdown. Oop! 🤦♀️ and now, all of a sudden the scent of the home behind the watts, Janes been told not to search that house behind theirs that the dogs pulling at. But the dog DID alert. The officers father called and stopped James dog from the search and told Jane “ we’ve already looked there move on, Jane. ” oooook bud. Jmo its bs

I always thought NK was already in the house when Shannan came home at 1:48 am and both ambushed her A neighbour was questioned and she said that a truck which fits NK’s description was parked outside on the street on the night of the murder and she said she never saw it before

Said this all along, cadaver dogs can pick up death if someone has been dead only minutes this info is wrong. It would have been much easier to get shanaan out the back alive than dead. I think she walked into the basement to Chris & nk in bed, she was held down & tied up, forced out the basement out the back, maybe at gunpoint, & killed on route to cervi or at the cervi site.

You can hear an officer on one of the body cams say that it smelled like the house had been cleaned. If her body wasn’t there long, and then he cleaned, the dogs probably wouldn’t have picked up on her scent.

They only searched the basement and the garage with the cadaver dog -the rest of the house was searched by Jane’s trauma dog 🐕 so it’s definitely clear why there were no alerts in the house

Those houses are huge. I have a three bedroom house and we barely use two of the rooms. I can't imagine how much of those houses aren't used. Shanaan loved that house though and used every room for something. I'm surprised there wasn't a cadaver alert because the cleanliness everywhere else, however they said the entire house smelled clean, even though shanaan was gone all weekend. It's definitely weird.

I believe shanann passed in the house.The only thing we know for sure is she was able to put on a night shirt for bed.
I agree she was murdered upstairs.She had changed her clothes. There was stains on the pillow cases.I think he put the pillow over her face first then strangled.Did he have help ?We don't know.But it's a possibility.Maybe that's when Bella walked in when he had the pillow over her face.

The explosion scenario (friday reported leak in oil site...report by NK) where his pregnant wife and kids die is likely to be brought in by NK, there is cleverness and symbolism (black crude oil) there is convenience, there is future lack of financial problems, alimony, visits, jelousy, etc. He would be fully for her. I bet she came up with that idea, inspired by American Horror Story (same infomercial shown at Nate`s tv when they watched his surveilannce videos). I think Chris was only aware of killing Shanann, killing kids is entirely her making. Shanann was supposed to arrive in white lexus to oil site to make a scene,.... think Chris thought it would be only Shanann, but NK would arrange that there would also be kids. And thanks to Atkinson, the exlplosion could happen. Shanann was dead already but the kids had to be killed cause they saw NK doing weird things and saying weird things.

There's a reason nothing is being looked into with this case. A million red flags but law enforcement want it to all go away. Funny how that is mirrored in Chris telling several different variations of what happened. It's too much of a mess from start to finish. The DA said he carried them out the house one at a time but Chris said this wasn't true and this was accepted. Nobody has one single clue as to what happened.

Cadaver dogs can detect even if body has been moved..
I heard somewhere that the cadaver dog only went downstairs because they told him the other dog went crazy down there. So then he wouldn't have been able to smell. I think it's in the video
The bed sheet indicates Shan’ann was in the bed it’s not absolute but it does suggest that. If SWs wasn’t unalived in the bed then the sheet was used to carry her from another place in the house which I also believe was the basement and the reason I think it was the basement was to stop any noise if things went wrong., I suggest with the basement door closed along with the rest of house closed up the neighbors wouldn’t have heard anything. We have to remind ourselves this was all planned so the noise factor would’ve been accounted for imo.
As for the dogs I can’t believe what I saw in the videos, when the dogs barked they were basically ignored I found it disturbing tbh, they were searching for a pregnant Mum and two baby girls and no where near enough attention was paid, it really saddens me at what took place or more’s the point of what didn’t take place. When one of the dogs was barking beside the skip quite loudly, the two officers completely ignored that dog and imo there was probably evidence galore in there I was actually shocked at the lack of policing. Shan’ann and the girls could’ve been in that skip for all they knew it was truly disturbing to see. The most disappointing thing of all was how many people entered the Watts house before it was closed for supposed forensics and that’s why I’ve always believed this case was so rushed and CWS confession was the clincher because Rourke knew all the evidence was completely contaminated and he would’ve had no case with evidence purely circumstantial only. So Rourke pushed for the confession and got it case closed as we all know. This case was botched from the start and Rourke knew it. Imo.
But the bed sheets off shananns bed were found stripped and in a pile in corner of the room. Yet they stored bed linen downstairs in the basement on shelves. I think that’s where it all happened and she was taken out the basement out the back to a waiting car

Apart from the noise I also didn’t think they’d carry her all the way to the basement from upstairs in case of spreading evidence everywhere but we’llnever know I guess and because CWS is a pathological liar we never will.

Those dogs are trained to such a high level. They can be even be trained to detect cancer when its at its very early stages thus increasing chances for early successful treatment.
Dogs wont alert if they are just died. They alert if a body has been there for a while.

He and his friends Jim, Daniel and Nichole Kessinger, I think she was killed at the oil field, they knocked Shannan out, because of the thing that happens after death where your body gets stiff, remember they positioned her butt up, before rigamortis set in, plus they wanted to put Shannan in the Lexis car later on in that position, sitting down position, before the explosion... The red car is Chris Watt's dad's car, he was there too that morning, because Chris's dad had already met Nichole Kessinger in North Carolina that's why Nichole called Chris's house. Chris's dad and the rest of Chris's family hated Shannan with a passion, they wanted to give Chris a fresh start, with Nichole Kessinger. Nichole Kessinger talked about the fresh start later in interrogation. What about if Shannan left in the red car, that you know the red car was on Chris's property. They parked the red car on the rocks on Chris's property. We all saw Nichole Kessinger's truck pass by off of Nates video too. We all know Nicholes truck was there too that morning. The dogs hit in the grass backyard for Shanann. She allegedly walked barefoot is the theory. Red X Crime Files found a dump site out at Cervi ,very close to 319, where Chris’s truck circled 5:48 around. Troy McCoy’s truck did also. On the 13th of August.
And, when Chris arrived on Monday to his house, he entered and then he went to the kitchen to DRAW THE CURTAINS to not show the police what is in there.....then the curtains are open at some point and we can see a man walking away with a shovel.

The warrant was for probably just the house and immediate area. The work truck would have had to be on that same warrant or a separate one since it’s a company truck.
Also, according to Google they can smell cadaver smell from minutes to up to around 100 yrs down to 6-8 feet underground. (Regardless of what this lady is saying) also, dogs can smell it waaaaaaaay earlier than humans.
Cadaver dogs only need i think 10 minutes for a body to be there, for them to pick up on a scent.

I totally believe she was not killed in the home. Neither of the dogs alerted to DEATH in the home. I believe she was taken out the back, alive, with threats twards the kids. She realized they werent there, & was told she would be taken to them. There just wasnt enough, in my opinion, saying she was killed in the home.
