Last Minute Prom Date Turned Husband and Wife | Tate House Wedding

Cody and Megan's wedding at the breathtaking Tate House, was a day that perfectly encapsulated everything they hoped and dreamed for their wedding day. Megan had told me, as we were leading up to their wedding day, that she wanted their day centered around their friends, family, faith, and the deep love that they had for each other. The venue's stunning gardens and the light-filled ceremony space provided the perfect backdrop for their love story. From their heartfelt first look, where they exchanged hand-written letters, to the ceremony officiated by Cody's childhood small group leader, the day was filled with meaningful moments that were the driving force behind their story-driven wedding film. Some of my favorite moments were when Megan walked down the aisle to the string duo playing 'Lord of the Rings' or when her Dad shared at their reception how Cody was supposed to just be a last minute prom date, but now here they are on their wedding day. This day was truly a dream come true.
Megan and Cody's genuine joy and deep connection made my job not only easy but incredibly fulfilling. They are the epitome of my ideal clients-joyful and madly in love. It’s these authentic, love-filled celebrations that remind me why I love what I do. Every laugh, tear, and heartfelt word was a testament to the beautiful life they’re building together.
