Not to be a downer, and I know you just have to stay in business, but my entire suite of 18V Ryobi tools serves me quite well. Sometimes we make new things just because we can.
There are other people that aren't you with different needs.
Why buy this that doesn’t come with a Turbo button while the other 525/550 cfm 40v handle one does and same with the 600-730 cfm ones…
this model is 10db quieter, more ergonomically shaped so it doesn't fatigue the handler, weighs about a 1lb less than the comparable 525 CFM model, and per specs blows about 10mph faster. i compared this model and the 40V 525 CFM 110mph and decided on this one. given the battery is 40V and 4Ah, plenty of standard power for my needs...no need for the turbo. also, a lot of reviews on Home Depot's site said using the turbo is a heavy draw on the battery life. hope that helps...
How noisy is it? The gas models are a curse upon the neighborhood. If your rig is significantly quieter, then y'all deserve a round of applause. However, the annoyingly loud music in this video completely drowns out the sound of the blower, so it's not possible to get a sense of what you all have created. Fingers crossed that this will lead to a quieter neighborhood (and planet).
You must be old as a dinosaur if a leaf blower bothers you!
