Maybe i'm the weird one, but I loved the first book and didn't like the other 2. The other two felt like it should have been a completely different series though maybe in the same world. Those books made the first book seem like the longest prologue ever.
I didn't hate the guy Tella ends up with though. Their relationship was cute, but the last 2 books are mostly tella being touched by men haha. Like there is hardly a time she is not being touched by one of the guys.

is caraval good?? Is the plot good?? I'm a picky fantasy reader and found books like the night circus lowkey boring but I really wanted to read this 😭😭 i loved books like cruel prince and hunger games thoo

I think the book and plot is okay, and it’s definitely more romance focused. I have seen ppl that like it and ppl that hate it but I am in the middle. Actually I don’t even know.

@@iickie_bloop8813 I didn’t vibe with it because I find the sisters annoying and didn’t like the romance especially Dontella’s. I don’t really analyze the writing(I just read for the story) but the author describes things in colors A LOT. Some people like it because I guess it adds to the magical affect.
