@@luvacole i dont really think that was why people were mad, they were mad because he was mocking them about knowing about auditory cues and trying to tell him about them when it was infact a very crutial part of the game, then dying over and over for not listening to said audio cues and getting mad over it.

@@luvacole maybe dramatic humor isnt my thing but he did sound genuinely mad, i could be wrong tho. i do get wanting to learn on your own, but some thing people just...wont connect the dot to because the game doesnt telegraph that stuff very well. it is a very important part of the game, however. (why the game doesnt do that, i dont know) so people were trying to help him in that aspect.
im not defending people who expected him to know this from the get-go, but throwing a tantrum about people telling him he needs to close the door when freddy is at the bottom right most cam (which isnt telegraphed in the slightest and is important to know) is sorta....dumb.

This is no joke the funniest video I have EVER seen for FNAF1; as someone who loves this franchise and has seen a ton of videos covering the games, it is MAD DIFFICULT to make these games entertaining to an audience not playing themselves, and this video is fantastic at it. A few tips for Nights 5, 6, and 7:
It's best to check Foxy's cove first before checking the hallway. If Foxy's out of his cove, shut the door first, then trigger his hallway cam.
It's also best to track how many times Freddy laughs. He does a total of 6, making 6 his attack cue. You can SIT IDLE in the office in order to save power and to fend him off (hopefully). If you want to check another camera for, let's say Foxy, CLOSE THE RIGHT DOOR FIRST, THEN CHECK ANOTHER CAM. Once your done checking, switch the cam back to Cam 4B, and wait for him to laugh again.
For the other two, just do your strategy, and check the lights every 3 seconds.
Yumi actually did pretty good, if this is his first try.

maybe it’s just me but I really like the new thumbnails the art style is really sick
Just for a little heads up for next time you play (if there is a next time), Chica will always go to the right door, Bonnie will always go to the left door, Foxy will always go to the left door when you don't check his cove camera enough. Freddy is the only one who can go to either door (right door for normal attacks, left door when power is out). Freddy doesn't start moving until the 3rd night, and he moves dependent on how you played on the first 2 nights. Also the reason you won night 4 is because FNAF runs on a priority system. Reaching 6am is higher priority then Freddy's out of power jumpscare so if you reach 6am as he's doing his sequence, you still win the night. It's a very lucky and somewhat rare occurrence.

Hey Yumi, first time viewer here. I know the inner working of the game so I thought I'd give you some tips since chat isn't much help. And I'm a little drunk.
Animatronics:
- Bonnie and Foxy only come on the left side
- Chica and Freddy only come on the right
- Everytime you hear Freddy laugh, he has moved
- Everytime the camera cuts out into static, It mean an animatronic has moved
Basics:
- Only close the door for Bonnie and Chica when you actually see them outside your door when you turn the lights on. Turning it on any earlier will waste power
- On the later nights when Freddy is active, you only need to close the door when you see him in camera 4B.
- With every animatronic except Freddy, when you close the door on them, they will eventually move back to the Stage. Although Freddy will persist until you die or win.

i hate fnaf so much. like the story i enjoy but the gameplay? the gameplay is the most bottom of the barrel gameplay ever. its just jumpscare lazy BS. i have zero respect for games thats depend on jumpscares. its not real horror, its a natural human reaction that is being exploited. its not fun to me, its annoying and irritating lol. idk how people are still afraid of games like this. its the same with outlast too. i guess it just takes a lot to scare me which in a way is a good thing. but really its just the hate for laziness in games that are labeled as "horror". the story in FNAF is good and scary too. but that gameplay, ugggghhh. UGH lol

Yumi, I know your never gonna see this, but this made my heart leap with joy. I've always known that a reason we think so highly of the past is because we forget the bad parts and only remember the good, but this is a video that just took me straight back to a sliver of 2014, and it's incredible how cool it is to watch someone experience a genuinely good game for the first time again. I literally cannot express how boring CZcams/gaming in general has become over the last few years, and now I think I'm understanding that it's really just because no on can make a good and unique game anymore. But thank you Yumi for taking me back almost a decade to a much better time. You're the best, my G! And you killed it btw. Despite what chat was saying, you did great! 😁
Edit: just some quick tips in case you did attempt night 5:
1. Freddy only has a chance to move into your room if a) he is in the bottom right camera, b) the right door is open, and c) if you open the camera. Its only under these conditions that he attacks, he cant get you if you dont open the camera, or if you close the right door when you do.
2. Freddy and Foxy (tent girl) are both less likely to move when they are consitantly looked at on the camera. Also you can always see Freddy's eyes in the background of whatever camera hes on unless there is another animatronic on the screen, or if he's in the kitchen where he will be playing music.
3. The bird makes rattling pan noises when shes in the kitchen, while, as stated above, Freddy plays a song when he's in there.
4. Your light strategy is pretty much the only found way to beat the hardest night (custom 4/20 mode) the only thing to keep in mind is closing the right door when opening the camera if Freddy is right next to you. Besides that you only need the camera to know when Foxy is going to sprint down your hall.
5. Just another thing to keep in mind is that I believe Foxy takes more power when banging on the door. Theres nothing much you can do about it, but I guess its just nice to know.
If you go for it again you 100% got it in the bag. Just dont listen to chat half the time 😂😊
