I woke up to a cold house so I went to check the thermostat and the battery light was flashing so I replaced the batteries and watched your video and did everything you did and now the furnace only kicks in whenever it wants to now I'm freezing and can't figure out why it not kicking in
I live in an area where it’s cold all the time during the winter and my house doesn’t have good insulation. I tried to change every temperature on the programs to 70° so that it will constantly stay on. But it’s still just randomly turning the temperature down when it feels like it. What is going on here

I don't want mine programmed. I just want to be able to adjust the heat up and down as needed as I with from home and never leave. The heat won't turn on. It's currently reads °70 and I have it turned up to 75°. The only symbol that is on is the day, the time and a heat symbol. Any advice?
