He generally seems confused as to why he’s a) walking and b) outside. 😂😂😂
He's acting like he wants to be picked up and carried.
I tried walking mine when I was on business but she kept wrapping the leash around bushes and trying to climb trees.
Hosico stands up like a child, so cute I want to hug him.
I think he's doing it because when he does it inside he gets attention and treats and he's looking for reassurance in an unfamiliar environment.
He want's to get picked up and be safe as he is quite nervous about his new surroundings. You can also see it from how close he stays to his owners feet.

I had a cat who did not mind being on a leash I would walk him around the yard, and to the veterinarian for his check ups they were shocked to see him on a leash but he did not mind it at all. Miss him.🙁😥
