EDIT: it's the same for me, Jay. 90% of the cause of claustrophobia is the fight in your head between "remain calm" and "freak the fuck out". It's weird how much power the human brain has, even without being asked.

It's actually really interesting to see how a claustophobic person is when you put them in a tight space, like i learned that if you know you can get out you're okay, its just if you know ya cant, thats when it effects you
