i have problem with nt31-st123-ev3 and i made the cable and all configeration but no thing coud you help if i missed some thing?
Hi Reda, If you did the cable correctly, then check in which COM port the Serial to USB cable is detecting you, you must confirm first of all, if it detects it, if not, you must install the driver, I recommend you for this type of HMI you do it on WinXP SP3, I have tried doing this on Win7 and Win10 with some issues.
