Kindly mujhe btaye ki m apne skills p toh focus kr hi rha hu
But what should i show in my resume about work experience??? Ya roles and responsibilities k bare m kaise bta paunga as i am in customer support project
If you want to enter into development field then if you dont have prior experience create development project taking help from internet add them in resume so you can even start as fresher instead of experienced professional you can show case your customer support work adding on that you want to enter development field so upskilling yourself along with customer support job side by side to interviewer.
What can be core or like what to prepare for core ?
In core we have control statements,oops,exception handling ,collections framework

There are other naukri platforms too like linkedin but your profile you should be impressive. Work more on your resume

Education is always valuable as it is higher degree but not so important if u have good skills . You can easily switch with good experience or good skills.
