Why max 4th garage first instead garage ?

the upgrades take less time from the 4th garage

The monthly pass brings vip and extra march in garage 4 which boosts hero attributes, it's not defined as to which these are or whether this is part of the reseach, it also increases gathering speed and -5% damage on monsters. The VIP and extra march is why I got this, so I developed this first.
