You know the day is good when you can sit down with a very high end double pull of espresso and a piece of Carnegie NY cheese cake with fresh raspberry puree. And a video from Mr AEAC.
I love all your videos even if im not interested in the gun that's being reviewed (pretty much every drop of my attention right now is on my Impact .25 700mm slug liner and crown Cont .22 700mm slug liner and the RAWs) but it doesn't matter i just love Steve's video style and the in-depth-ness of everything he does.
    This video made my day!

That carry case is horrible. They should of kept the original one. What’s the point of having a “take down” rifle, if the carry case is the same as a full sized one. AA obviously didn’t put much thought into it and just want to say they have a compact rifle. It’s a gimmick.

I like AEAC Vlog way more, than your Primary AEAC Channel. I still like those reviews and they are all such top-notch library of experiences and an amazing source of information. Yet still, I tend to stay longer around your points of view on certain air gunning aspects. I like your constant focus on gathering knowledge and sharing it with the community. I can't say how much I do appreciate it, Steve. But it is also so much fun to watch it.
For example, Air Arms and BSA (PCP) and Diana airguns were in Europe before my birth. And they were a quality benchmark for all rifles. I tend to smile sometimes like in the case you are 3-rd time cleaning the barrel and it is just as clean before as it is after dragging the cotton pads. "Steve leave it.. Just clean barrel and the gun after the whole review.
I'm trying to say here, that we *don't* actually clean AA PCP gun barrels in Poland. Maybe like once or twice per season. But if it's not thousands and thousands of shots, over and, over again - it is like once. Yes, ONCE... *Per year!*
Still no hi hopes for effects on pads from doing it. The same goes for Waihrauch rifles, CZ PCP's, TAU pistols, and more.
I must say it is the exact opposite of all those overpowered gas-ram springers, like the Turkish ones. For +/- 100% of the Chinese coil springers, and for some. you would like to give it a serious bath right out of the box.
ps. I never liked this flimsiness of the AA TDR. The size of its bottle is for me an utter disaster.

    Hi Steve:
Darko Del Orco from CARM (find him on FB) makes single shot loaders for many of the Air Arms guns that load similarly. Nice quality 3D printed loaders and magazines at a very affordable price so for guys that want to single load, it shouldn't be any issue to have him send out a SSL for this gun.
    Cheers.

Nice video Steve. Love my Air Arms S510 XS .22 caliber in Laminate stock. I shoot it every week, and it is so incredibly accurate, and fun to shoot. Cut playing card in half like it is nothing at 50, 75 and 100 yards. I even shot it at the PAC 100 yard bench-rest. I will also be purchasing a TX200 MKIII in .177 for FTT competitions.

I really wish it was available in polymer. I'd like to see a bottle version even if it was only a 350cc bottle. Finally, it should come with a junior sized butt stock with spacers to allow it to grow with the arms of the shooter. One additional question, could you take a shot without the suppressor to compare sound for those of us that aren't allowed to use suppressors. Thanks.

Love your reviews - just about the best out there. I’ve got the original version of this gun in .22 at the legal limit of 12 ftlbs ( here in England ). I run a Wildcat at 30ftlbs on my firearms permit but this gun is useful for rats + feral pigeons inside barns etc. Frankly I can’t express how ridiculous this new version is. The old version breaks down into a small canvas case that looks not unlike a case that might contain a laptop. It was a very clever idea and a very clever design and it made the gun totally discreet and portable. What do AirArms do? They certainly don’t improve on the original concept in any meaningful way - instead they present us with a take down air rifle that requires a case almost big enough for a full sized air rifle. Over the last 40 years I’ve owned several AirArms rifles and they’ve all been quality products but this latest version of their TDR is, to be honest, a pointless waste of time and evidence of some mental aberration in their R+D Dept. If I sound a little harsh it’s because I was hoping for something that might just challenge the Wildcat - instead they improved a full sized gun by making it into a small package and then “improved” it some more by turning it back into a full sized gun - as you guys say over there “go figure?”.
Thanks for all the effort you put into these reviews Steve.

Thanks for speaking your mind. I've got the same appreciation for AA and agree with ya on the length of this TDR. A nice fat full shroud in place of the Q-tec end piece would have kept it short, and perhaps a CF bottle too. Erase the TDR piece from your mind though and it's still a cool looking, slender, super high quality tactical regged rifle. Perhaps what they were going for with minimal investment in changes. Steve
