Science of the Universe is fascinating when Einstein or Hawking explains but the one whom we Muslims believe the creator of Universe ALLAH (swt) when he talks about Science in the Quran then we have a problem to accept it. بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
وَحَرٰمٌ عَلٰي قَرْيَةٍ اَهْلَكْنٰهَآ اَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُوْنَ

Salami . In short, Sahil Saheb is asking for thought experiments, through lots of discussion peeling layer after layer of the Quranic information that Allah gave us. Allah Subhan Wa Tallah gave us info and we never bother.. In Christianity at one time there used to be monks and Bishop, who did discoveries I.e father Mendel was planting tree to give the genetic pattern and how it can work in humans. How a grand child have his grand parents features, through dominant genes and why the girls generation missed those characteristics because of recessive genes. This trend of finding and questioning is still alive like a live wire in Christianity. But in Islam our maulana became angry if a child asked him any question. I heard throughout my life in Islam you don't argue. Questioning was never considered as way of discussion only it was considered as arguments.
In Hinduism also if you ask a Sadhu or Pandit they explained to a child about meditation, Gyan on Skies, How Dev and Devies met. The discussion is open today and one can ask questions. Sadhus discover the science of Yoga.
But our Mualvis are quite busy with producing children. You can't blame them the whole society's thinking was filthy.
