One thing I wish they would do is show how far away a villager lives so I can best put who show work where instead of guessing for hours other then that I love the game
That's true... It would save us a lot of time. 😂What I do is build a home near the workplace and manually reassign, the game will adjust and recommend the nearest villager.
I assign through the overview menu and switch the villagers around and reassign them. If I struggle with a certain area which has lots of industry and it will get tricky matching for each facility a greenlighted villager, I go the nearby houses and fire them from their worplace manually until I match all the vacancies. It's the fastest and easiest way I have found... but I wish there was a a button like "Optimize all Jobs" where the ai finds the most efficient combinations automatically.😂

Yes, it does. One example would be needing more coal during winter as you'll need your Fablings to keep warm.

Hi! Would need context on this but make sure you have set which crops to grown on the farms' amendments.
