Its the best premium hatchback and it is so underrated. Although it doesn’t have that gimmicky features but it feels so nice to drive. And the steering feedback is also one of the best, its high speed stability is also very nice in comparison to its competition.

I also have Honda Jazz VX CVT, feels like new even after 4.5 years of running. Clocked around 39k kms, will try and keep it for 15 years. The Cabin Space, Dashboard Color and Quality, Boot Space, Engine Refinement, Service Experience, Safety is top notch. Definitely would rate higher than unsafe Hyundai i20, Maruti Baleno and unrefined engine equipped Tata Altroz.
How much mielage does it give

you can check on youtube... and i have never experienced any other car's handling better than this. it even shames some premium cars. the stability and steering control is just amazingly unmatchable
Great conversation. Thank you for the video. Proud owner of a 2017 Honda Jazz CVT. Super spacious and silent cabin. With Sedate driving style, I have achieved mileage of 21 and 23 on 900km+ drives. I got adjustible rear headrests installed and it is near perfect (would have loved magic seats). But overall it is a beautiful car.

Jazz is very popular in Bangalore and Mumbai. We have a 2018 Brio which has the same engine. At that time Brio and Amaze both were rated 4 stars in safety.
Reminds me of my friend's jazz back in the day. So many fond memories.

I’m a Proud owner of Honda Jazz with great magic seats, iVtec engine, steering feedback. Its drive always excites me. The passengers and boot space is far better than the compact SUVs. Lots of buzzers and whistles plus the audio quality is class apart. *few compact SUVs have now started giving the lights ON warning-which advertise as one of the important features. Honda give all such necessary & convenience features without making any noise 😊
Cons- the ground clearance, I have installed the Roger suspension bush which are working very well 👌

I am driving a Honda Jazz V i-vtec since Oct 2015. Have clocked 64K km till date and I can tell it's reliable, refined, comfortable, superior quality and a no nonsense vehicle. I am able to get about 20kmpl. If needed I downshift & it becomes a rocket. It's very-very stable at triple digit speeds on the highways. The only thing is in normal revving range it's not very torquee which lets it take a few seconds to pick speed but then you get a great fuel efficiency. The other downside is if left in sun for a longer time, the green house traps a lot of heat and then the A/C cooling takes time and it's more uncomfortable for the passengers on the rear bench because there aren't any rear A/C vents. Apart from these, it's a fantastic package and I am really very happy.

Forget the over all car ! If u try to explore (acceleration, drivability, progressiveness, ) a Honda engine & gearbox (manual & CVT), u would become a Honda fan for life !

I have also purchased Honda WRV on just 10.47, 2 months ago....... It has amazing features with sun roof, alloy wheels, best space in segemant, led lights etc.....
Became a proud owner of this beauty in Jan 2023, again why this wasnt appreciated in our country.... because pple are behind marutee & hyundaiee/Kiyaaa... as always we dont appreciate quality but quantity for some reason.....one true line for this car... quality and comfort with safety that brings a smile everytime you turn the engine on.... Only problem with Honda Jazz was they did not offer what customer wanted or features according to competition.
They removed their best Rear Magic Seat from their VX in 2017. It lacked Rear Seat Adjustable Head Restraints, 60:40 Split, Rear AC vents, Good Infotainment System, good Rear View Camera,........
No WOW factor in the car to stay in competition except Honda Badge.
Agreed it was well built but it was expensive. At the same time Honda being a rigid Co. never ever offered to customers requirements. So they got to blame themselves for JAZZ poor Sales against Baleno, i20,......
Magical seat was the magic key point.
Wow features are cruise control and paddle shifters
I have the same model CVT.
Full tank gives 550km+ running on 70% highway.
Steering is bigger and slightly heavy than Honda City. Front seats gives feeling of Honda City.
Very convenient for Girls and old age people definately.
I have 2015 jazz i have driven it around 3 lakh kilometres and it still runs smoothly
Please also review the Honda BRV. It was the best 7 seater MPV at that time.

Own a JAZZ for 6+ years now. Super silent cabin, refined HONDA petrol engine, very comfortable to drive on long drives (12+ hours in a single day), accommodates 3 passengers on rear seat easily, good build quality. Only reason for lagging behind was i20 offered more gimmicky features and baleno as we indians rely on Maruti a lot (?). Had all the necessary features like good quality reverse camera, parking sensors good music system; very stable on highways, accurate steering feedback. Only negative was engine felt slightly underpowered in hilly/ghat areas or if you want to take it for spin like may be VW Polo. All the components, engine and paint quality are much more reliable than a Baleno or i20. Those who own can definitely keep the JAZZ for 10-12 years without hesitation.

BRV was a huge missed chance, way ahead of time. Look how XL6 & Karens are selling now. Honda got it wrong saying SUV.

Only drawback i feel is Ground clearance. Honda should consider bringing back Jazz with a better ground clearance probably in a Fronx or Taisor like segment.

I have previous generation jazz… I have not seen such stable car..you will enjoy this car during corners
totally agree...trust me i havent felt a single car having better stability and handling than jazz.even the premium cars cant match it. its handling and control is still no. 1 worldwide.

I myself own a Nexon XZ+. But I would suggest you to wait for some time. New Nexon will launch will TGDI engine. Max torque will increase from 170 nm in current gen to 225 nm. That is far better than anything else in this segment except XUV300 TGDI!

HONDA never came with a product that masses wanted. Jazz is heavy and should come with 1.2 Ltr 4 cylinder GDI engine or 1.5 Ltr 4 cylinder NA engine. Then magic seats gone so it lost it's USP. Also WRV was raised up Jazz only. GC of 180 MM is required for Indian Conditions for cars with long wheelbase. 1.2 Ltr NA engines not good enough for mountain regions. Such cars remain city cars and many have just one car. They will take that everywhere they go.
So cars like Seltos, Creta, Kiger, Triber make more sense here with a good engine that we don't have unfortunately from Honda stable. They had Brio but never tried to make a car like Celerio with 1 Ltr engine and enough power. Strangely all except MG are giving cars as per budget. U can take base model too of any MG car and it feels heavy and premium both. Honda needs to learn from MG what should be given. They have the best engines. Better they stop competing with Suzuki etc and give quality cars with VW like build quality, paint quality and rusting warranty for 6 years. Then they will be in competition. People can pay bit premium for Honda I think but they not have any good product for now except Sedans with 165 mm GC. Why they never tried to make a car like Virtus which too is a sedan with 179 mm GC. Neither they giving Turbo engines. Lacklustre interiors. Now no diesel option too so need to give something that make masses go gaga. Suzuki focussed on leightweight cars and Smart Hybrid to enhance mileage and gave CNG option too. Honda giving no option apart from normal petrol engine. Then Jazz didn't had Full Hybrid option as well. How they gonna make it with no product that's actually useful for masses. IDK but hearing AC performance of Honda too not that good in comments. Why would one consider them in that case ? Only heavy body won't take them far. They need to strike a balance and give some products with VW gives. People afraid to pyrchase VW but they can opt for Honda as many consider here Japanese brands to be reliable with less maintenance

People didn't buy Jazz because Honda wanted to sell ancient model. People in india are aspirational. Buying car is pride for Indians. No one wants to buy old design to show as Pride. Look at TATA, the are Constantly upgrading Nexon every 6 months, people are liking it and hence they are buying Nexon. Also late 2010 design's from any company didn't look good after few years. Take example of Jaguar inspired Ford Fiesta. It looked very bad in few years.
