Every Saturday, we as a family enjoy a nice pot of Krummelpap, wors and also some moor. In this video I will show how I make my krummelpap and wors.

Never tried pap with sugar and milk and wors. Pap en smoor is lekker, though, and krummelpap cold with milk and sugar is moerse for breakfast.

I will not buy ‘plaaswors’. The best wors you can easily find is ‘boerewors’, or wors that is made from 90% beef mince. You also get 70% beef and 20% pork, but i have found that the 90% beef is the best.
Can I use a polenta grind coarse cornmeal or would regular cornmeal for cornbread work in this recipe?
Coarse ground maize stays gritty. You have to let it hygrate in water to soften then you can use it

Thank you very much for your feedback. One thing I will say is that if its a big pot…have the pap on the stove for 40-45mins. Sometimes for a big pot the 30mins is not enough.
