Wheeling To A Campsite Deemed Only Accessible By Boat

- Knob point is an old parks a recreation sight that has been closed for a very long time. Any information on knob point is only 13 years old and the parks and recreation sight deems it only accessible by boat. With permission from parks and rec to reach the sight. And the possibility of the BC4wd Association maintaining the sight if we reach it, @OverlandingOverLand and I take on this insane challenge.
Massive thanks to @OverlandingOverLand for organizing this wild trip

Hey guys, being layed up in the hospital, this is some amazing stuff to watch, keep it up please
@@JamesSmith-fn9jd hope you get better soon bud, glad my videos can help pass and maybe bring a brighter mood to your day 😃
Thanks guys, just got out today, can't wait for my buddy and I to get out and start building our own camp this summer once I'm recovered
This video is a masterpiece. Shocked that it only has 12k views, and you've only got 2k subscribers. Hopefully the algorithm will catch up to your content ASAP.
That mean a lot thank you ! 😃 I hope so aswell, Everything good comes with time.
You know am shocked too. Such low numbers. Let me follow so I can add to the numbers plus press the bell.
You've done a great job. This is true getting lost. Literally. Wow.
well said and agreed. this deserves more attention.
I wouldn’t call it a master peace. Interesting, but leaves alot of stuff.
That Madill y’all found was the remnants of a log yarder mounted on a ww2 surplus Sherman tank chassis.
Oh what ?!? Why were they mounting them on surplus tanks ?
@@LetsGetLost. The tanks were so plentiful after the war that you could buy them for pennies on the dollar, remove the armor, and mount whatever you needed to the chassis. The main issue was the gearing was too fast, so mounting a yarder makes sense as they only move to transport themselves to a new location.
There's still a few being used around nw Washington.
It’s great to see someone actually using rugged all wheel drive vehicles like this instead of just driving in the suburbs. This is what they are for.
They look better when they are muddy 🤘🏻
Production quality and adventure level far beyond what I expected. Feel like your channel will be going places with videos like this
Well thank you so much that means a lot! I pour my heart into these videos!
😲😲😘🤩😘🤩
wow, i wish i have these trails in Italy! Great adventure guys, big fan from Italy!
pretty cool seeing the difference in the bush in the pnw compared to where i live in australia, you guys have got it great over there. cheers for the watch fellas 🤙
Wheeling in Australia would be amazing, maybe one day 🤔 thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I’m glad I’ve found this channel in its infancy - to be producing vids of this quality straight out the gate - watch these guys crack 1m in a year 🎉
Thank you so much 🤘🏻 I appreciate you
I have subscribed purely because of the production quality, from sound, color grading, framing to story telling....it has cured my OCD...
Am sure it's a lot of work, but know a select few appreciate this kind of work tremendously... A masterpiece.
Thank you so much, on average the editing side of these videos takes about 40-60 hours. So I greatly appreciate your support 😃
Buddy, we sure know how to have our own spin on the same story! Nice work.
Same trip, same experience, seen through too very different creative lenses. Why I enjoy adventuring with you 🤘🏻
@@LetsGetLost. my man
Your videos are astonishing! The video quality, the audio and the narrating is amazing and professional, keep it up man!
Thanks a ton! 😄
So glad to see a new Canadian group of good old boys who get it. Felt like i was on a trip with you guys almost. I just moved from northern Alberta to western Australia two months ago and ive been REALLY home sick, this has both helped and worsened it because I've only been into BC for the first time in September '23 so this brought back a lot and makes me wish to explore more. Ideally once i get my PR/Citizenship here id love to spend 6months here and the other 6 back in Canada
Beautiful video work, I subscribed in the first 15 seconds of watching! Thanks for taking us along for the journey. Looks like a blast
Thank you so much brother 🤘🏻
Cinematography is on-point. Looking forward to the growth of your channel!
“Sorry for not filming, we’ve got limited time”. Also gives us the most gorgeous drone shots ever
Haha thank you for the laugh I love this comment!! 😄🤙
This is the kind of stuff that made me want to try to get into CZcams. This whole episode took me back to watching Expedition Overland videos late at night at work in 2014, waiting for the credit card batch to settle. Thanks for keeping the dream alive.
I’m so happy I can help keep the dream alive. Never give up on your dreams 🤙🤟🏻
Just watched my 1st video and was very impressed. Great photo, drone work, and music. Very envious of your outdoor opportunities. I immediately subscribed. Great content.
Thank you so much!! 😃 I have so many more adventures in store!

Dude the land scape where you wheel at is always super beautiful and you always have the most intriguing destinations.
I really enjoyed this trip, wheeling right alongside the lake was one of my favourite moments 🤘🏻
Moved from the PNW but my mind has never left. Have yet to find beauty that comes close to matching. This video was great taste of home, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it! Sorry to hear your missing home. Maybe one day you can make it back this way!
What an epic adventure! GREAT cinematography! The drone footage is exceptional! The scenery… Wow!
The music was perfect, not over powering. Overall one of the best video productions I’ve seen! Well done!
I will watch this again on my big screen.
Makes me want to do this!
Thank you so much 🙏🏻😄
I’m commenting to increase activity on your video. Really great man! Look forward to what you have next.
Why i have limb lifters, and bought some for the JL. That looks awesome, love that stuff. Looks like a great trip and other places to camp along the way. Love that people don't like tight trails and call them inaccessible.
Yea I really need to look into a set of limb lifters. I’m always finding myself in some overgrown trails. They would have been especially helpful on this trip
@@LetsGetLost. Ya, Krystal wanted some after one of our outings, "I was waiting for a big crack to go across my window ... Amazed it isn't broken." Now I just need to get off my butt and install them.
Those eagle shots were epic!
And it was a trip like this that I built limb risers for my rig made all the deference in the world. And yes the pin stripes down the side of my Jeep make me smile because the enjoyment I get from finding the places buried in the back country that people have forgotten.
Yea I’m gonna be doing a set of branch risers I think. Will help a lot with visibility in trails like this !! And BC has no shortage of overgrown forgotten trails to explore. 🤘🏻
Beautiful scenery! I can only dream of the day that I get to head on a journey all the way up there from west texas! Great content. I just found your channel. Fixing to go on a binge watch of your videos!
I highly recommend it when you get the chance. Plan afew trails to run and search through the forums for some gem spots you won’t be disappointed. I love the comment, hope you enjoy the rest of my video library 🙏🏻
Wished it was longer!
subscribed!
I got a lengthy one coming up soon 🤘🏻
wow, i wish i have these trails in Italy! Great adventure guys, big fan from the USA!
That picnic table that a few people at best has probably seen in 15 years is very cool …great video
Oh it has for sure been a long while since a family sat down and enjoyed their lunch there
@@LetsGetLost. I appreciated this video and Truly wish you succeed in your CZcams career
I’ve seen this video earlier today and didn’t think much of it cuz I thought I seen the video before but watching it a few hours later it was posted recently so I said why not and here I am almost to the end of the video lol love it already and have earned yourself a new subscriber and I’m surprised that your channel is so small too such an awesome video editing and the shots!
Thank you so much 😃!!
great cinematography! well done!
Thank you !!
Looks like a fun adventure!
It really was !!
this camera work that went into this video is amazing! new sub from New Zealand
Thank you very much 😄
What ya need is those hedge trimmers that are long attached to both sides of your vehicle in a vertical position so as you drive down the trail it trims it back just wider then your truck, gotta be a way to engineer something to have something like that on the lead truck lol
😂😂
Great video dude that bald eagle was dope
Sick video mate! Getting a bit close to that rope for the winch pull though.
Beautiful video, the jeeps looks amazing in their natural habitat
Oh they sure do 👌👌
Love this video man ❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed
I have seen Amazing views through your video 😎 thanks & keep making these kind of historic videos….. lots of well wishes and love from India 🇮🇳
You deserve a minimum of 100k subs bro. Keep at this and you'll be recognized amongst the most popular nature-exploration channels.
I’m not ever giving up! I absolutely love exploring and making these mini movies. I’m so glad I’m finding an Audience to share it with!!
Btw I love your logo it got me for a second 😂
I've always dreamt of owning a Wrangler for such adventures here in Africa. Can see Rubicon is doing good too. This is beautiful. The drone shots are amazing. Great adventure indeed. A new follower alert.
Thank you so much!! I hope you can get that dream wrangler 🤞🏻😄
Great drone work! Jeeps look much better with battle scars, plenty of mall crawlers out there.
Yes I agree 🤘🏻
Awesome as always! Especially loved the Eagle view from the drone. lucky it didn't attack the drone.
Thank you 😄, that thought did cross my mind, but I stayed far far away, used the 3x camera on the drone to capture footage of it.
Wondering video quality, bet your going to get a ton of subscribers one day. You deserve it.
That means a lot! 😃 slow and steady !
Great video. The Story Til Now would be proud.
I think he approves, my jeep is running the winch off his original black gladiator 🤙
Great content glad it recommended you to me
Glad you enjoyed!

Hey brother, first time viewer and now subscriber here. I really love this content on this video. Gonna check out the rest of your vids. But just wanted to say you have some incredible footage man! one of a kind! And that drone just kills it for you and your content. Im into drones as well. Ive just got a mavic 3 enterprise. Thank you so much for the kind word 🙏🏻 I’m flying a DJI Air 3
I love the adventure you are having. Wish i could do it too someday.

No thank you 🙏🏻
It's so beautiful there
It truly is!! One of my favourite spots to date
Nice one!
Thank you! 😃 be on the lookout, I got another one going live tomorrow!
Welcome to every trail in Florida, water. If it is dry, it’s not as clean as yours, envious.
Wow nice.
Nice job you guys great to see the beauty of the area. If you want to see how the old log yarder worked look on line or take your girl friend to Duncan Forest Museum one afternoon that will give you the best Idea on how things worked out in the logging camps. And are you happy with the roof top tent?
Yea I will have to go check out the forest museum as an adult now! I remember going there as a kid. And the rooftop tent has been good so far, much better than the back of the jeep but it does have some minor flaws with accumulating water on the rain fly and I have to push it off every few hours.
I agree with the other comments , great video editing , great filming , just a great video with some cools rigs and discoveries
Thank you so much !! 🤙 😄
Hey man yous earned it keep em commin youll be goin far :)
Boys! You forgot the canoes! Now I'm dreaming up a canoe-fishing expedition out there down to the ocean and camp on the beach! I used to stare at the BRMB and dream about that spot 10 years ago!
I’m sure you would have a blast 🤘🏻
Great adventure and filming. What drone do you use in such heavy rain?
Dji air 3. It’s only a matter of time before the rain gets to it.
Great vid. Mental that one of them wranglers are 2k more expensive than my flat stock.
Thank you! Yea over the years they have gotten up there in price!
That's no negativity at all btw! Just wish I bought one instead! 😅😅😅@@LetsGetLost.
I love that gladiator
That’s Colins gladiator over on the Channel overlanding overland. Check him out
