- How to make Hollow Donuts (We called this Nom Pong or some people call it Nom Hing And Thank You For Watching Hope you Like it ,And See you again in the next Videos)
For the Ingredients
4 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tsps. of salt
1 tsps. of yeast
2 tsps. of baking powder
1 1/2 cup of water (You can add 1 egg if you like ,Just cut out the amount of water if you add egg )
Mix every thing together to form a dough
and let the dough rest about 1 hour
after 1 hour rest cut the dough to the sized that you like and form to round shape ,
Let the round shape dough rest for another 15 to 20 minutes before we roll it and fry it (Use some sesame seed and some all purpose flour when you roll the dough )

I will try to make the Nom Pong or hollow donut without yeast , I sure it will become hollow too to just put enough amount of baking powder that is a really good idea for whom allergic to yeast .

Hi Oun Next time try to use warm water and please make sure you check the expiration date of the YEAST and also baking powder too .So sorry for the late reply oun , because my husband just gave me a clue about this kind of situations ,And you know oun most of the times he is the one who do the grocery shopping too , he always check on the expiration date for most of the things he buy especially on the YEAST and BAKING POWDER , he doesn't want me to blame on him when I use it and it won't work for the DOUGH .
