Hey Beth, I have a suggestion. There is significant pixelation in the video at 4k, suggesting that the video is upscaled. I have noticed this issue for a while. There might be some workflow or something that does this. The source video could also be less than 4k, if that's the case it's not so much worth it to upscale it to 4k, better to upload it in the source resolution.
