Nice recipe... Prawns looking fresh.. Its Very Rare To See Prawn Is Cooked with its skin n Head in Indian cookings .. Actually the technic of cleaning it, is easy and the prawn will be juicy with all the masala & taste really yummy.. Salute to Such An Experience Chef like Chef Dhamu...
