Here's the recipe bro !
Ingredients :
To Grind:
Curd - ¾ Cup
Coriander Leaves (roughly chopped) - 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Soy Sauce - ½ tsp
Garlic - 2 Cloves
Salt - A Pinch
Other Ingredients:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - ½ tsp
Urad Dal - ½ tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 5 nos
Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
Ginger (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli - 1 tbsp
Small Onion (finely chopped) - ¼ Cup
Cabbage (finely chopped) - ¼ Cup
Carrot (finely chopped) - ¼ Cup
Capsicum (finely chopped) - ¼ Cup
Beans (finely chopped) - ¼ Cup
Basmati Rice (cooked) - 1 ½ Cup
Spring Onion (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
Finger Chips -
French Fries - 100 grams
Red Chilli Powder - A Pinch
Salt - A Pinch
Chaat Masala - A Pinch
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients for the paste into a mixer jar. Blend it just for a few seconds to make a paste.
2. To a pan/wok, heat ghee and add the mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add all the other ingredients for the tempering.
3. Add all the vegetables (except spring onion) and saute it on high heat for 1 minute.
4. Add the rice and toss it for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
5. Add the curd mixture, and mix it.
6. Finger Chips
7. Deep fry the fotato French fries until crispy.
8. Toss it with red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala and coriander leaves.
9. Serve the curd fried rice along with finger chips.

I tried this recipe today.
1. The taste was neither like fried rice nor like curd rice.
2. The taste was little bit different which is similar to briyani /pulav
3. Mint flavour was more.
4. Not sure if it will taste better without mint.
But definitely worth trying this recipe.
