    Fantastic episode about the benefits of Mid Term Rentals. And let's face it - STR hosts need to have a strategy to protect themselves from the groundswell of city/county regulations affecting vacation rental owners. Also, the book is a Must Read if you're considering this strategy - great work Zeona and Sarah!

    I’ve watched a string of episodes with Sarah and Zeona and I’ve picked up some nuggets from each episode I’ve watched. This one had a great tip I’m going to take advantage of today. I’m on Furnished Finders by room, but didn’t really think about listing the entire property (a 3/2 house) which has fewer houses offering the entire space. SMH! Also going to check out stats while I’m there! Thanks again BP and OTM!

    I'd like to do interior edesign for these, do communications, emails, copywriting and what should be In theme for hospitality needs and expectations etc.... 20 years in the industry of hospitality and also an interior stylist for West Elm. I though this industry was struggling from the recession but it looks like this Corporate Sector is more stable than str/ arbnb. And Maybe my Corporate Communications degree will finally get to be used somehow lol 💕

    I enjoyed the perspective. I would love to hear about the diverse number of ways that MTRs are being marketed. I heard FurnishedFinder for nurses and Airbnb, and some folks getting insurance contracts but are there other obvious channels one should utilize? I wonder how MTR investors are changing their Airbnb listings to attract digital nomads.

      Great episode Bigger Pockets. I listen to a lot of podcasts on this topic and I host a podcast for Furnished Finder about mid/medium term rental hosting called The Landlord Diaries. One of the common strategies out there is dynamic pricing for short term rentals. Increase your nightly rate substantially for dates way into the future to attract more mid-term stays in off season and vice versa for desirable short term rental seasons. Hope that helps!

    It’s shows like this that are ruining real-estate now we are gonna have a massive shift /competition thus lowering prices. Sometimes it’s best to not tell everyone

    Wish they share the real value- instead of chatting . People want to learn how to get bookings. People spent $20k to $30k to start and many of can not get bookings.

    Sitting on 4 units empty and really really working much harder dropping prices on airbnb. On the chart I can see compared properties that are doing as bad any fees back ? This is 31 days or more
