My Dearest is one of the best piano arrangements made by Animenz, and it's also one of the first pieces I heard from him (along with Unravel and This Game), so it's very important to me. I can't say that I have been his fan for the entirety of 10 years, but still I've been following him for quite some time - since 2015. Back then I couldn't imagine that some years later I would be able to make sheet music for his arrangements, but here we are.
This is probably my most ambitious transcription - I feel like I have formed my own notation style by now, and this sheet is the accumulation of all my transcribing experience I gained over the past 2 years. It wouldn't have happened if Animenz himself wasn't kind enough to spend 2 hours of his time in January of 2018 and teach me the basics of sheet formatting in Sibelius - I have no idea how much time it would take me to figure out everything by myself, but I guess I was very lucky to catch him in Discord back then hahaha.
I made sure to check everything I wrote in the sheet several times, so it should be almost 100% accurate. However, let me know in the comments if you notice any mistakes.

You know since i saw this piece, is start to listen to it oftenly, then fall in love to it melody instantly, now im tapping my table trying to follow the note horribly and cant help but to love and clinging to it gracefully

I came across this transcription a few years ago and picked up this piece recently. I also purchased Animenz's official transcription in the hope of better quality. Let me say that your transcription was miles better than his "official" transcription, which was not only not very readable but also had some glaring mistakes. I've been a fan of the guy for a decade, and I don't know what happened to him or his attitude of providing sheets for free, but I'm very worried about the quality he's selling to his fans right now. Haven't purchased any other of his official sheets yet, but this one looks like somebody else did a lazy and low effort job for him. The font was different, the marking style was off, some notes were even wrong, all for like 8 USD.
Makes me appreciate guys like you who used to transcribe his stuff, you can really tell when heart and effort is put in the transcription (which was the case of his official ones until like 2021). I see you mention that Animenz was actually kind enough to teach you stuff on sheet transcribing, so this further corroborates my theory that he simply had someone else do his "official" sheet but it just turns out to be super low quality because I've been reading his sheets for long enough to know that this quality is way below his caliber. I'll be sticking to your sheets on this piece from now on, and boy I wish I could refund that 8 USD back. What a waste when I'm trying to support him and get a good quality version when its evidently worse than fan-made ones like yours.

:0 Amazing is like animenz playing , Hello madWaZz, I wanted to ask you about how to study the intervals, I sincerely want to make arrangements of anime songs but I still don't know how to accompany the song I still don't know how to find the progression of the chords and those things, could you give me some advice to improve on that? I've been practicing the fifth, fourth and other intervals but I still have a level to get a whole song out of ear, Thanks
I think the best way to figure out such things is by trial and error. Also when you read sheet music, try analyzing the parts that sound especially cool and figure out what makes them sound cool.
Also practice a lot. By "a lot" I mean A LOT, as much as you can without burning out

by the way i think your sound in garritan is really natural, would you mind exporting the configuration file so i can see what is different please?
A screenshot wouldn't be representative because I experiment with settings every upload. The main trick that I do consistently - making ambient mics louder than the main ones.
Also the sound in my videos is "natural" not particularly because of VST - I spend a lot of time tweaking the velocity of notes in midi file that I export from Sibelius and subsequently put in DAW to make an audio track for my synthesia video. I always have to "draw" sustain pedal manually throughout a whole track, make bass and melody lines louder, make supporting patterns quieter - basicly, "humanize" the audio as much as I can. Now the whole process usually takes 2-5 hours, but when I only started making videos for this channel, it took way longer because of my inexperience (for example, midi editing for my Ghibli medley video took more than 20 hours).
