His voice was and still very much IS soulful, beautiful...amazing.
I first fell in love with this song on the Dawn of the Dead (2004) soundtrack. (I am a horror filmmaker & a horror fan) But I can't help but notice how less joyful/happy Kelly Jones seems in this version as compared to the OFFICIAL VERSION 8 years ago. Still very cool though. Peace to All.

His voice has changed, it's not as gravelly. That maybe down to the throat surgery he had, and the passage of time changes your voice regardless.
Those first 4 Stereophonic albums were incredible, I stopped listening to them after
Graffiti on the train and kind are well worth a listen 👍
