Annupam was right that there is something fishy if your rival company at some what same revenue is getting such a huge deal and you are unable to get a deal anything close to it is a big red flag another point raised by him was that the money they were asking for could have been invested by themselves
According to me all they wanted to do was to get few sharks on board at bare minimum equity so that they can use it as a pitching point to raise money from a big investor
I have seen aman doing this alot jumping into a pitch without knowing much about a company that has potential of getting real big investor exploiting the fact that his addition will get them a big deal and his invested money will multiply instantly and he can a make a profitable exit nothing wrong with it but its like exploiting the platform
Vinita Anupam and piyush always goes deep into details of the process behind the business giving me a vibe of a long term investors rather than a stock inflating investors

one day I was also feeling for the emergency ambulance and I did call to ambulance who were available on google.
But after listening to their charge I felt my emergency condition is changing into normal condition and booked the Uber cab in 150 only
