Nancy and I sort of “grew up” together. I didn’t know her, but as a military wife, I made sure we got cable so that I could find Nancy. I am a better sewer because of her techniques. I was taught by my grandmother but some of her techniques I was able to show my grandmother. I always gave Nancy her do. I still record her shows but somehow it’s not the same. I miss her. RIP dear Nancy and thank you for being and inspiration!

No. It doesn’t. Modern machines already have a magnet in the bobbin area holding the bobbins case in. Just tap a metal scissor there and you’ll feel the draw.

      Hi Susan,
Rita, our Embroidery Club instructor, thinks it sounds like you may need to install the software that comes with that particular hoop. If you purchased your Elegante machine at Nancy’s Notions Retail Store, give them a buzz at 800-725-0361, or if you purchased it at another location, call your Baby Lock dealer for assistance with installing it.
Hope that helps. Thanks for asking--and good luck!
