Worst decision ever to buy D21. Bought it in Dec 22, Rode like 30kms on it before the motor stopped providing power. Now since more than a month it is at some official service centre, who are unable to fix the problem. Fiido says no refund, no replacement bike policy, so need to keep fingers crossed. Hope others don't make the same mistake I did.
I feel you. Happened to my Fiido X as well. Terrible customer service. Feel like they are more of scammers than a company really. They have shit quality bikes and nobody will ever buy your bike if you sell them because some people know now that Fiido is a horrible company.
Woah! That mode can disable pedal assist while on? Fiido d4s is automatic in mode 1. Sometimes, I ride at night and don’t want to have pedal assist but still want to have the headlights on. So I need to turn the bike power on
If you unlock the throttle and let’s say police pull you (here in uk it’s illegal to have a throttle) could you quickly turn it off and back on and it would cancel out the throttle mode? Like how do you go to normal pedal assist mode again quickly

Yes, but you currently can't buy one from Fiido. You have to adapt a third party one which is not as elegant as a proper one IMO.
Whats the dif with the d11
None other than a colour change.
It has a torque sensor which allows the motor to support you gradually depending on how hard you pedal, and not just on/off
