- I hired former NFL quarterback Kurt Benkert to help me rebuild his OWN team, the Green Bay Packers! GM Kurt gave me a checklist of everything I needed to accomplish, now it's up to use to make it happen. ENJOY!

same thing happened to me matt, you need to turn manage practice reps to auto. the practices are too intense and are ruining your players stamina. so when you start the game their already gassed.
and when you make your franchise turn progressive fatigue off

the reason the players weren't in during the playoffs is because in the weekly strategy tab at the start of the year, you can change the diffuculty of practice. the cpu automatically has it set to full pads and only the starters practicing, therefore the starters are basically burnt out by week 15 and they start using backups because the starters are so fatigued from the hard practices. Hope this helps
it also helps if u turn off progressive fatigue in league settings
If they are interested in your team in FA, make it a team friendly offer. If they’re not interested, then go player friendly.

Yeah I did a rebuild with the Cardinals and this was so confusing as well but it's cuz your weekly practices are to high and your starters take all the reps so they get fatigued very quickly which is why you also started loosing games in the second half of the season

If players like Tom Brady and Tony Romo haven’t proved it, a lot of QBs that make it to the NFL, are a good situation away from being great. Even majority of NFL busy don’t bust because they don’t have talent, they busy because of their attitude or situation.

Love how matt let Kurt speak full sentences and say what's on his mind without interrupting. So many people try and interject and make it more about them. You can tell meags is a chill ass dude
You might have to go into where practice is and switch to half pads, or switch to backups cause if not the starters fatigue grows and they won’t play, they regenerate stamina by not practicing or at least that’s what I’ve seen

If you click on the salaries tab, you sort it by savings or cap penalty. If they have high savings and low cap penalty then they are good cut or trade options, in case you’re looking for some more pointers. Love the videos papa! ❤

I learn so much from watching these rebuilds Papa and seeing the advice from the boys in the comments is super helpful. Think I’ll wait a few months before doing a franchise though, let all the bugs clear out.

progressive fatigue isnt glitched, you just need to change practice intensity during your weekly strategy (which you didnt do cause you sim the whole season) you can make the practices less intense along with splitting reps between starters & subs.
