Pasture fence - Setting up a portable fence

In this video, we will show you the setup of a portable fence. To begin, the positions of the gate, corner and direction-changing posts must be determined. The conductor material depends on the animals to be guarded.
In our video, the pasture fence is for horses and uses a wide tape that is particularly easy to perceive (TURBOMAX 40mm).
The corner posts are set by hand or alternatively by machine, the corner post bracing is constructed, the insulators attached and the tapes pulled in, beginning with the bottom pasture fence tape.
The portable line posts are placed at regular intervals along the pre-stretched tapes and the pasture fence tape is inserted. When tapes are used, the fence posts are spaced closer together than when using ropes or polywires.
The tapes are then stretched at the end insulator along the entire line. The three tapes are connected conductively.
