France kept ball for long periods - wave after wave of attacks. England scored against run of play and France's risk-taking trying to find equaliser opened them up to counterattacks. Different game if France had taken chances. Against quality opponents England's possession needs to improve in order to control game tempo. Lots to do...

If only there was a decent english manager ,england would have won 1 or 2 trophies in the last 20 years considering the amount of talents they had and still they are producing great players with impotent managers
