@@BVCOFFROAD I had mine, back in the mid 80s. There were 4 of us that all had them. I remember going to work on some Mondays with an aching, bruised arch on the bottom of my right foot. It was from trying to start that cold-ass bitch in tennis shoes.
There was no internet back then, but I recall asking our mechanic and the local Honda shop if anyone made a reliable aftermarket electric start for a 200x. That never went anywhere, but I could dream. 🤓🤙

A 200x with a more modern 4 stroke engine would be fun, maybe a 250 in the 30 to low 40 hp range. Or maybe a 125 2 stroke. Mickey Dunlop said Honda experimented with 2 stroke engines in the 200x back in the day, said it was super light and super fast.

The seat doesn't match up to the tank?
Its 40 yrs old , shes slightly kicked up. Need to find a source for new pans but havnt yet
even when they were new they "gapped" , some heat gun the pan if you are replacing seat cover.
Been there done that it springs back once cover is installed and tugging on it. New beefier pan with some reinforcing would be the way to go ( shit just came up with a new product). ALSO this is why all the newer bikes have a seat post on the front. When your ass pushes down it does not lift the front up
