Hi Mark, I've been tuning into this chanel lately after quite some time, since you were in some kind of what appeared to be a good relationship, about a year a a half. It's good to see you have evolved in your life and your frame of thinking sounds as if you have become more independent, which for some of us seems to be a good way a living, specially when we grow older, and older I have grown indeed, I am now 78.4 years old. since you mentioned that you enjoy your freedom and living alone. Very few people seem to be able to understand that way of living, only people like us can do. Living alone to me is part of the kind of freedom I have enjoyed for quite a few years, as I came out somewhere around my mid twenties, when I was living in New York City, my kind of town by the way. I have been single ever since... just because one is alone - doesn't mean they are lonely. My life is full of life and love from friends and family. Don't assume because one is single, that they are lonely... If you are that person that has to be in a relationship to feel fullfilled and have a sense of identity, I would suggest you talk with someone. You have to love yourself first.
