    The winglet on this particular aircraft (as well as the 772LR, 773ER, and 777F) is called a "rake" or (more formally) "raked wingtip device"

    to the person asking about winglets. the 767-400 has raked wingtips to give it better performance (the 777 is the same way) so there is no need to put winglets on this version of the 767

    This is not a short field takeoff contest. Usually you won't accelerate with full throttle in your car either. You try to be nice to your engine to save fuel. Same with an airplane. There are more than 13000ft runway in EDDF. Why try to takeoff within the first 6000ft?
    So takeoff thrust is generally reduced or "de-rated" as we say...

    this aircraft isn't very powerful. it seems to be stuck on the pavement
