Literally started the moment they dived into the ocean to go to fish man island.
Luffy has always been able to “talk” with animals, understanding them for some reason. He even stated he didn’t understand how or why he could do it but he just could, it was never explained then but it would make sense it was because of him having the Voice of all things. I can’t remember exactly when this started to be a thing but at least from around the Alabasta ark.
@@Chuck_Spadina he started talking to animals the moment he left his village, the first animal he really talked to was a seagull, then the dog back at the island where buggy was. So honestly pretty much since the start of the show/manga he either has talked to animals or helped them in someway.
FYI on Clovers name: "Claíomh" is pronounced like "Klee-uv" or "kl̪ˠiːvˠ" if you can read IPA. Claíomh is a word from the Irish language and it means a Sword or a Brand, though Brand is probably meant in it's poetic meaning as another word for a sword. I'm not absolutely sure that Oda pulled the inspiration from the "Claíomh Solas" ie the Sword of Light but it is likely.

I heard a theory a long time ago about Tequila Wolf being a bridge leading to a shrine for the emperor’s deceased wife and the shrine would be modeled after the Taj Mahal, which was created for the same reason. With the sword story in this it does seem to relate.
Oda said he was inspired by researching Viking lore to start one Piece and I wouldn’t be surprised if this story itself were a major catalyst for the start of One Piece.

the claíomh solais was a treasure of the tuatha de danan which translates to the tribe of the gods who became the first kings of ireland and have so much mythology associated with them.

Atlas d vegapunk, in my opinion I think vegapunk might have been a D as well, and in turn he gave his will of D to his counterparts in different ways. I really think this might be true

Garp was the first family member who arrives and informs us of the existence of Dragon. Now that Garp is currently captured, we may be updated on his fate/status. or we could hear about his fate from Dragon while meeting luffy for the first time (paralleling Garp)
Also once we get to Elbaf, we don’t know if bonney will become a member of the crew or not, but i could see Her and possibly Stussy (if she gets on board the ship ) end up meeting with the Revs.
either way would be dope if we finally got to see Dragon/Sabo in Elbaph (especially in response to vegapunks message.)
Getting Bonney/Pacifista would make up for the loss of Kuma/the inability to stack funds/numbers to fight against the government. idk what Lilliths role will be, especially now that atlas is gone (edison to be determined) but i could see every faction getting a Vegapunk

I hope bonney isnt a member, cover story leads to namato being last member or vivi gets back on board. Bonney mid character, good story but the story came full story, horrible childhood, kuma and her driven by nika, kuma got to overlook her as she 'became' nika, she should go follow in his footsteps and be a rev.

Prediction/ 1121 is not emeth trump card fully (maybe begins) but I think it is kuma sacrifice. Remember Kuma is somewhat aware of everything happening and Saturn just arrived on the Giants ship. This gives time for Vegapunk to tell everyone his dreams for the future. Arc will end in the next three chapters most likely.
