How do you get the suit? Is it dlc you have to pay real money for or is it an in game purchase?
Spider-Man is a free dlc (a Playstation exclusive) and the skin is an in-game purchase
One of my favorite Marvel games.
I'm just happy Spidey gets to fight alongside the Avengers in this game. Could careless about people being Negative Nancys as usual and jumping on the Insomniac bandwagon.
Same here on both counts. I love this combat system and wish ultimate Alliance had something like this. I see it as a spiritual successor to ultimate Alliance 2 with much better combat and graphics

While it still looks fun playing as Spider-Man in Marvel Avengers and SE adding the Far From Home MCU suit, I am not disappointed that I am missing out. I have an Xbox and I'm die-hard Spider-Man fan so it kind of sucks not being able to play as him on the Xbox version of this game. After watching gameplay videos, I am pretty disappointed in Spider-Man swing mechanics as the Spiderman 2 game from 2004 is 100x better than this...It's 2022 and Square Enix (SE) can't get that down even while having a delay in releasing this DLC for this game?? I can tell they just added Spider-Man for money reasons, which everyone sees a mile away. Heck even Fortnite has better swing mechanics than this game and I'm content with that!

There's plenty of things that need work with Fortnite and Avenger's swinging.
At the end of the day, there is two dedicated games built for his swinging... Spider-Man PS4 and Miles Morales.
Anyone expecting similar results from live service games had rocks in their heads.

As a Spider-Man Miles Morales and Spider-Man PS4 player, I think they did a pretty okay job in portraying Spider-Man. The only thing that looks really weird is how he shoots webs, but other than that I like the animations.
There are even some animations that are references to the Spider-Man PS4 game like when he Dodges while shooting a web in a handstand

Y'know, I actually think this suit is a lot more accurate here than in Marvel's Spider-Man. The bottom of the suit's feet actually as the correct pattern, and the eyes look good too. I think it might be how Spidey is modeled, but it honestly looks a lot better here
