What shoes are those? Great vid. Like the fact that you broke down to 'core element' to build off of (which is my dance world some people call "Apple Jacks"). Then you made it multi directional by simply focusing on that element. Great video to me for those reasons.

how do you make you foot slide/glide so smoothly, myn keeps gripping and digging into the floor and also doesnt it hurt when all your weight is on one toe?

guys, the foot that is sliding, is supposed to be raised, its not supposed to be touching the ground, its just supposed to look like it is.

Does the floor have to be slippery, i'm finding it hard to twist/slide on a vinyl floor. indv frustrating. wheres the best place to practice? Also, it's awkward and sore twisting my feet inwards like that, is there a certain distance you have to have your feet apart or together? please help.

wolfx don’t use tennis shoes what so ever. Get Jordan’s or vans
I even saw a life-hack where shuffle girls put a duct-tape to the sole of their shoes so they could easily slide and shuffle. Might help but don‘t injure yourself :D.

Jasmine Brown it’s so easy what do you not get? It takes time and practice first of all. You won’t do it right off the bat. I rehearse daily 3-4 hours and it’s just so easy for me
