I enjoy watching a man that knows his trade and shares his tricks and tips. This ole car come a long long way since you've been working on it. Just taking care of the body lines themselves and the gaps makes the car not look like an ugly duckling anymore, now it's starting to look like a pretty decent cruiser.

I was working at a Chevy dealer back in 78. A guy came in with his brand new Silverado. The door was sagging a little and wanted if we could correct it. I said sure pull it in. You should have seen his face when I went to my box and came back with my 2lb hammer!😮😂 I sprung the bottom hinge and it fixed right up! He was sweating it at first!😂 Great memories!😊

Even allowing for the fact you're 6 months behind the calendar, and walking upside down to boot, that is some nice work verging on incredible. A friend of mine who made the odd car body from both mild steel and Aluminum was visibly impressed. He has decided that at 87 he's not going to challenge your methods especially since he considers that electric welding is only excusable if the manufacturer used inexcusable materials. Anything that can't be oxy-acet welded or brazed is designed to crack and corrode PDQ.
He's nearly as biased as me. But his wife assures me, he really is impressed; you may even have a couple new viewers
    Thanks.

What's amazing is how decent this car looked at first, from 10 feet away. Like most projects. the more you dig the more you have to fix, if you want to do it right. This car will be amazing when you are done with the body, solid, straight and much much cleaner overall!

I'm going to have to search your channel to see if you've shared a project from beginning to end. Is there one you would recommend that I watch?
