Thank you for this video. I just had a c section on 6/26/24 due to my daughter being breech. Prior to that i had two vaginal births. I was devastated because I thought once a c section always a c section. This gives me hope in the future that I can have another vaginal birth.

I had a wonderful VBAC experience with my second. My first was born via cesarean at 32 weeks six years prior. I am hopeful for a 2VBAC with our third in a couple of weeks! If you’re a good candidate I strongly recommend considering a TOLAC.

What about if failed induction in first pregnancy which leads to emergency cesarean. Is VBAC still possible for the second?

Yes. You increase the likelihood of a CSection when you induce a first time mom. I did it twice .

My scared is vertical, but one doctor said inside or inner cut was transverse. I'm confused can i try for vbac?

Had a emergency c-section first baby was 4 pounds due to distress from preclampsia. Vbac next baby was nearly 10 pounder, bleed alot from internal tearing and have several bags of blood cant remember it much as i fainted as they tried to do internal stitches. My gp wasnt really monitoring how big my babys were.

I've had 2 c sections, but this was 15 years ago... 2nd baby, went into established labour but they gave me hormones to speed up the contractions because had poo in my waters.
I'm pregnant now, and would like to try and have 3rd baby naturally... Feel like because they Gave me hormones to speed up contractions, it didn't allow my body to warm up naturally as I was dialating.
I ended up having c section because I was already in 100% pain and only 4cm dialated and then baby heart beat started to go down.
The Dr's want me to have planned c section, but I just wanted things to happen naturally and only have a c section IF necessary.

@@scottbotham6161 sorry for late reply... I was OK, but obviously having a c section means rust it takes longer to heal and it can have it's complications of you're not being looked after properly.
Hopefully she will be fine, I just wanted to try for natural delivery because I'm older now and fear that I won't heal like I ddi when I was in my 20s,plus don't have a very supportive husband.. Thankfully my kids are older, so hopefully will get help from them and support from other family members x
