With a low sodium diet, what would you say is better - using chips as an example? Chips cooked in vegetable/canalo oil with 45mg sodium per serving or chips cooked in olive oil/avocado oil with 110mg of Sodium? I hear the avocado/olive oil is generally healthier but the sodium is higher. What would you recommend?
