- Chaharshanbe Suri is one of the ancient festivals of Iran, which is held on Wednesdays of the year. This celebration is a symbol of purity and happiness, and people welcome the new year and spring by lighting fire and jumping over it. In most homes, fish is cooked for this night and fresh vegetables are used on the side!
Like every year, we prepared a beautiful table with all kinds of food, flowers, and vegetables for this night and cooked fish and rice for dinner.
