Hinataâs character progression from being shy to now confident and competitive is so nice to see. Reminds me of my girlfriend who never really cared about sports or competition but now she gets really competitive and itâs always nice teaming up with her and winning things whether itâs a board game, a video game or some athletic activity. She gets really excited and makes it easier for me to have fun, instead of getting overly competitive like I usually would be

Makes sense for Hinata. She was heavily disciplined with the Byakugan so she's the best in the room for taijutsu and precision while Naruto has the reputation which is drawing their concentration.
I love how she only goes all out with the curveball when she has to, taking it easy on the kids when she could easily demolish them. Boruto definitely underestimated Hinata and learned his lesson

These are the episodes I live for.
The entire Uzumaki clan just being a loving family.
Kawaki and Borutos non stop competitions.
Boruto and Kawaki not wanting to anger or disappoint Hima.
The entire family making it clear that Kawaki is not just a guest or burden but part of the family.
And most importantly, more of Hinata.
We need more of her just hanging with the kids in episodes like these since unlike Naruto she can't really be all that involved with the massive scale battles the kids are involved in.

I feel like a full powered ping-pong game in the naruto world would be fun to watch, where they go off using jutsu, jinchuriki powers, etc. If well written and animated it could be super cool, I can imagine shadow clones being used to throw each other to catch a ball far out of range or earth style used to bounce a ball back.
I know they're fictional characters but it feels so warm to watch Naruto with his family having fun after the great journey coverd in sorrow and challenges yet full of laughter!! I will never get over this amazing anime.

Honestly, Boruto should just be a slice of life anime with the occasional fights to move forward the plot. The filler fights are kinda wack, i'd rather get more character development like this. It'll make seeing the fight between Boruto and Kawaki hurt that much more.

Forreal, everything was perfect. Animation, expressions, character models, lighting, color palette, pacing, use of music (and no music), added scenes, transitions.. I could go on. Every scene hit like a truck and elevated the material.
If they can keep up even half this level of quality I might start to be less harsh on Pierrot for the years of abysmal pacing and animation.

@@B_bang22 ik bleach debuted 2004 midst of og naruto releasing consistent series wise and film but I tried to not go to deep into all that, bleach is known for having the heaviest animation out of all the big 3, it still gets lackluster but not nearly as much as naruto and itâs fillers,
Black Clover people would say has âbadâ animation but that is just simply not true consistent as it is, it has that moment weâre the animation kicks up and goes crazy literally in every arc including filler
Problem is Naruto&Bleach had decent adaptations were it seems Boruto started out ok, then they just gave all the budget to Black Clover for the whole 3 years of airing , they put it on hiatus 2021 and now all of a sudden Boruto finally gets decent animation and we get Kawaki vs garou, first time Borutos animation has kicked up the way it did in a while and now everything after âKawakis appearanceâ is actually good, for example, this video
So what, they canât give two adaptations a decent anime at the same time anymore?
animationâs clearly way more complex compared to then, so they canât release movies and produce consistently as they once did. Thereâs a chance Borutoâs production may go back downhill if the plot isnât as thrill/hype as it is now until the timeskip. if so theyâll bring Black clover back about 9months to a year after the movie or sometime post timeskip depending on how long Bleach final arc takes

Personally, I think that the main story line isn't actually bad...
I feel instead, the main problem is that it was done too fast... like, we were introduced to Boruto when he was going through teenage troubles with his parents... which is normal...
But he's also the new protagonist disrespecting the original while we as fans know of all the struggle he went through... which is a bad move.
And we saw Boruto as the new protagonist before seeing him as Naruto's son...
