- This is my first event of the season and it started out badly - see the end of the video.
But certainly got going with over exuberant 4 wheel drift towards the barrier !
Thanks to hill climb tv for the outside video of our class and Bentley Orchard for the spectator views.
Great weather and a great competition - Auta a dopravní prostředky
I loved every second! Less snuffley snuffle on the overrun this season? Or just less overrun on the hill?
Whatever, an uplifting moment in a dull cold day in the far north of Scotland.
Thank you.
Thanks Patch, my first run (last on the video) it was misfiring badly. But cleared- I still changed the plugs though. Still not happy with the webers as I had to re-balance them on the day too.
Nice driving. Nice event. Cheers.
1st - That was quick Dave. Thanks
Wonderful! The Esses were always a scary for me in my Imp..Never was there a time when it was dry there either..Hence some 45 secs run in the 1070 cc Imp in road going modified.
David, we have had too many wet events ! But it was a good day, even if too many single seaters over cooked it trying to win during practice !
Love the imp a great rear engined car that can be made to fly….
Your TR really moves. I hope you found out the cause of the missfire.
Thank you James. I think it was a lack of pre-event practice to properly set up the webers as I changed the plugs and re-balanced the carbs which helped a bit.
Last gear shifting without moving gear stick???
Thanks for your interest. It’s magic 😱 no really I have overdrive which is electrically operated via a switch on the dash which I can operate with right hand on the wheel. I have a bad habit of leaving my hand on the gear lever 🙄
why we mostly hear wind at speed, is ur mg electric 😂
Bobby it’s a Triumph mate- but I’ll let you off. Wind noise is from the side camera so you can see what it would be like if you were a passenger.
