Yes on the dressing change video.
It's probably so random, but I like seeing how people organize like on this video.
XSemperIdem5 same
Thanks for keeping me company during my hospital stay. It was like having a super positive friend who understood what i was going through. Rest In Peace ❤️
as a fellow EDS patient, I find so much comfort watching her videos during my long admissions (like I am now). Rest in Peace sweet girl
Watched her recent video. SHe will forever be in our hearts.
Guess I'm not the only one taking a trip down memory lane tonight ... 🙁
😢😢😢😢😢
Definitely not! I’ve really been missing Amy’s kind heart and outlook on life. Ive been going back and watching her videos too ☺️
Wait what happened
@@martinchipp5179 she passed away
I cant even remember to take my contacts out each night I could never manage this. You're one strong chick!
I think I can say with conviction that you are already a qualified medical professional. Wishing you the best with everything!
I love your confidence, your medical knowledge is spot on, good on you
I enjoy watching all of your videos. I find them interesting .
I don't know how your remember it all.
I admire you! You are so brave to put yourself out there for the world to see.
I love watching you and Tom together. You guys seem like the perfect couple. So glad you have very supportive partner!
Thank you for being so open and raising awareness. I have learnt so much from your videos over the last year! 🙌🏼💜
It's quite therapeutic watching your videos. I enjoy seeing your routines!🥰 I know they must sometimes be difficult for you to share, but keep smiling!! You seem like such a sweetie 🥰
You're so strong, I'm 15, and have very bad chronic back pain, I really know what it is live with chronic illness! I just wanna say that you're so positive with all that shit you've going thru, and I love it! 🤜🏻🤛🏻✨🔥❤️❤️
Thanks so much for sharing Amy!!! I would definitely enjoy a video showing how you do your dressing changes. It’s always so interesting when you share these types of things!!!
Hey Amy! Love your VLOG🙌🏻 Just a friendly reminder: my nurses all tell me to change The BUNG after every TPN bag or after getting/drawing blood. Has to do with there always being a smidge of blood or TPN left (even after flushing the line). Don’t want a dodgy line due to that😣 Cheers from Norway!🙌🏻😁🤩
great to see another gp’ers setup! it’s so similar to mine - right down to the purple pill kits and the ‘medication graveyard’ drawer lol....was diagnosed at the mayo clinic in USA in 2010 - back home on west coast of Canada - the tests to diagnose gp didn’t yet exist back then. so was basically alone and trying to research gp management myself as we do! its so cool to see social media and content platforms having such a strengthening effect for us! your videos for me for sure! you’re progressing through all of this so fast - finding the next new way to manage - getting things done - moving forward. faster than me anyway! such an achievement, what you’re doing here. a huge compliment to you, and all my bests to you in any state of health. people need what you’re doing here - chronically ill folks. other people like it because they use your pain to better appreciate their able lives. classic disability narrative / white saviour complex. but don’t do it for them, do it for us! : ) and don’t let them get to you over time either - use them right back like you’re doing! get those views girl.
Love your wooden Ikea drawers. Saw yours and got me one off of Amazon. Works great for my medicines; pills, nasal sprays, inhalers, injections, etc. Thanks for the idea!!!
Hello there I'm so happy to find ur channel ur such a brave and beautiful young lady I love the way ur explaining every thing about ur condition wish u will get well soon just keep this spirit up love u
I currently have all my medical paraphernalia under my bed in under bed storage but it makes it difficult to know when I need to order more. I am so inspired by your storage to actually buy a set of drawers like yours for organising all of my meds and prescribed equipment.
As someone who is a long term in dwelling catheter user (currently on nhs waiting list for a suprapubic catheter) I also suffer awfully with frequent UTI’s and have had sepsis twice in the last 18 months. I would love if you could do a video on your hospital bag and what you keep (if you do keep) ready in your bag for your next hospital stay. I often consider setting a bag up but have never got round to it so it’s usually my carers having to grab together everything whilst I wait for an ambulance.
Very well organized and comprehensive explanation. Thanks for your video Amy!
Knowing you are gone hurts I always keep rewatching your videos when I think of you
So organized! :D beautiful. So inspiring Amy. Love you! Could you ever do a video on how you stay so beautifully productive and has all that you have and make amazing CZcams videos? Like tips on energy and to do lists and how much spoons you have and so on? Would absolutely love that as I am beginning to make content as well! Once again so inspiring and your videos bring me a peaceful vibe love it so much 😊☺️❤️💚 xo
Lol I love that, bungs! In America we call them enclaves or claves, I just call the caps lol wish I was this organized. I just have a room full of boxes of medical supplies everywhere.
You are so amazing. Thank you for sharing your life, Amy. You are an Amazon Woman with strength and love like no other. I look forward to watching you each day. 💕
You should do like an organisation video where u like buy all new containers and everything’s it would be amazing. Love this vid so so much 💗💗💗💗💗💗
Thanks so much love your idea about the storage I have some illnesses that u have love your positive attitude 😘❤️❤️ and channel your awesome i have a feeding tube too and I admire you so much ❤️ you make me so motivated
Can you do a video of you and tom putting supplies up when you get deliveries? Seems like a cool idea. Lovin always. 💙
When you got to the drawer with feeding tube parts, I couldn’t help but sing “just the tiiipppsss!!!” Only me? Ok. 😅
I would love to know what was the worst medical thing you’ve ran out of because you forgot to order it.
Tegan Osborne that’s a great question. It’s awful being in that situation for me- I have an Ostomy.
Hi,new sub here just wanted to say that I never heard of your illness and what a wonderful vlog explaining it. Thx for sharing a glimpse of what you have to go thru. God bless you and your Family
Please, do the dressing change video. I love you, your videos helped me to finally discuss my tummy problems with my doctor, so maybe we will find what’s the problem... I have rheumatoid arthritis, but your videos still help me a lot ❤️
Not sure if you know or not, but the ends of the AMT Mini One extension sets and the Mini One button tubes glow in the dark. :) I don't have the same diagnoses as you, but I love watching your videos! I have Cystic Fibrosis (currently on the waitlist for a double lung transplant!), GERD, Gastroparesis/Delayed Gastric Emptying, diabetes, and bleeding/clotting issues (that cause issues with PEs/DVTs and anemia). I have separate G and J tubes, a port-a-cath and an insulin pump and CGM. Hope you're doing as well as can be right! Sending much love!
Amy!!! you look like you've gained some weight, im so proud of you!❤
You inspire me so much I don’t have exactly what you have but it’s like I can’t gain enough weight and I have to eat through an eating tube and it sucks and you help me so much thx
I wonder how long it took for you to learn how to do everything. I would've probably switch one thing or two everyday lol
I would die if was me. Sure I would forget something someday.
I am med student I had a lot of benefits from watching you I hope you well get better thank you to be in this live❤️❤️❤️❤️
Lovely video. Love the concept❤️
I never really understood the cyclozene (anti sickness pills) that I take for my chiari malformation, they usually work but more than a third of the time, I throw up straight after taking them because they taste so bad. We asked for different ones, but they still havent said anything.
Also woah I really relate to the sick bags lol, now I find them everywhere.
Going to do my medical set up tomorrow
I don't have words how to thank you,it was very informative learned few things. I want to say you are awesome person. Hope you continue making videos. Sending Love. Hugo.
I love these videos and I love you! ❤️❤️
thank you so much you have helped me for every thing
pretty stylish zebra bag!
Definitely would be interested in the dressing change video
Where did you get that zebra travel bag from? I love it. I looks so cute and now I want one
Ahhhh germolene!!!! We get our family from the uk to bring that over
Yes on the dressing change video
You’re so inspirational x
Is there a good video I could watch to see the difference between feed and TPN on your channel?
Hi Amy, love the video. Does the buscopan work for you? I’ve tried it for IBS and it doesn’t but senocalm does. You can by buscopan over the counter in the UK, maybe it’s not strong enough
Hey there, I would really love to see the way you organized your medical files because i struggle to do so with mine.
I use Buscopan for my IBS, as well as Duspataline. When I have spasms it takes me to the floor. I can’t even begin to imagine how bad your intestinal spasms are.
I use mebeverine ,buscopan doesn't help my IBS at all sadly
Your very organised Amy 😊
Yes a dressing change video would be nice!
I’ve used catheters a few times in my life and found it very difficult too find the tiny hole too the bladder, how do you find using them xx
It's been a few days since you posted and I've been worried 😭
Also buy a cristal pans and pots to cook from the brand VISIONS also get a
You look soo better now 😍💓
I’m in love with the syringe colours. We only have clear ones here.
I've been wanting to know where you got the drawers but I figured a million ppl ask so I haven't so thanks!!!
Ikea
Can you make a video how you learned to use all that things on your own.
Aww Amy😢, I miss her videos ❤❤
Hi Ms Amy. I have a question for you. I like the purple and white pill box that you show us at the 1:27 mark of the video. Would you mind telling me where you got it? It looks large enough to hold all of my daily meds and supplements and it also looks like the compartments would stay tightly closed. That's an issue with the pill boxes I've had in the past and am currently using. Thank you so much. I love all of your decor and home furnishings and I admire your tenacity. Keep on keeping on. Someday, all of us vulnerable folks will be completely safe from Covid 19. I'm keeping the faith. 💜Stay safe and well - Janine
Hi Amy I discovered your channel a couple days ago and I'm very interested on your disease and what you've been going through I myself is going through colon cancer and I have a ostomy bag so I go through a little bit more like you do for us to have desmoid tumors and all it's good to find somebody that's been going through a lot of headaches like I have pink girl out
I would love to see how you organize your medical binder!
Love all your zebra stuff ... I'm also part of the herd ❤️❤️
Me. Too
I never thought I would be so interested in medical organization porn.
Oh my god I have the same little white drawer that you have😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰😂
Please can we get a dressing change video? and maybe one explaining your medications?❤️
can you do a video on drainable foods???💗
where do u keep ur sharps container and how do u dispose of the contents?
Rest In Peace Sweet Girl 🌹🌹
you are amazing ❤ Estoy realmente inspirada
How do you have so much stock of prescriptions? I live in Australia too and can only get one medication filled at a time until it runs out. You seem to have piles of the same one.
Would love to see a dressing change video!
Can you tell me a bit about the catheters? I’m due to see my nurse soon and I’m worried that isc is back on the table to help me 😣
Do your family know how to use all your equipment if at any time you need their help.
I'd love to see a dressing change video :)
Where are you from? I’ve never heard of little plastic cups like that referred to as pots?
I really like seeing other peoples medical storage, gives me ideas. You are so knowledgeable and make it interesting.
BTW where did you get the zebra case from as im a medical zebra (not eds) and that is so cute and would come in handy.
Michelle Oates I got it from a shop called typo xx
How do you get the plastic sick bags? I’m always being sick my stomach has problems with digesting and I can’t seem to find the bags anywhere ! Xx
ok this is a weird question but how do you shower and do things like that with your feeding tube?
You can shower and get a feeding tube wet. Its the central line that has to be completely covered.
Miss you Amy
how much does all of this cost to you a year? :( I love you btw♡
Hi Aimy if it's ok that I ask was you born with this sickness and I came across your college video did you finish what was your experience like did you finish what did you major in
R.I.P. AMY ❤
Yes amy please do a dressing change video ☺️ xx
What motility medication do you take?
Where did you get the pink puke bags
You don't have the tube in your nose anymore!? Yay!
I have a question, off topic. But I am curious. When you said that your accent makes the word “bungs” sound weird. Is it that it sounds weird to you or has people told you that? I’m just curious if you hear it weirdly or not
Love you so much. #staypositive ❤
What is the red inhaler for? Never seen one ‘
Probably steroid inhaler. At least that's what my red one is
Why do you use urinary catheters? You might have talked about it before and I just missed it, or it's not something you want to talk about (which is totally fine too) Is it a similar issue to why your digestive system isn't working well?
Also yes on the dressing change video. Love the medical stuff
Nice video!
Iscritta dall Italia. Per sostenere le tue spese per la tua malattia. Un abbraccio 😘
what do you put in your chest port vs your stomach one?
The one in the chest is for tpn, which is kinda like IV fluids with nutrients. The stomach tube is to drain her stomach if/ when she tries to eat and it doesnt agree.
Love and miss you so much amy I wish you could be here 😭😭😭
How long have you been doing this and do you have to pay for all theses supplies??✝🙏🏻
Should be through the NHS so hopefully she didn’t have to pay
Me encanta siempre tu estado de ánimo
Gracias
I like your tube syringes so much better than what I get here in America. They are so stiff and hard to work with.
Hi Amy I love your videos 😁
It's sad dear.brave girl.
