I love your insight! I thought I had a skin care routine down, and then I decided to try eliminating as much synthetic fragrance from my skin care as possible, and I have seen such a change! That, along with understanding ingredients better, has helped my sensitive skin sooo much. You and James Welsh have changed my skin, which has changed my self esteem (for the better)!

Hi Hyram, hope all is well. I absolutely love all your videos and I've learned a lot about how to take care of my skin because of you. I had a question about using an acid with peptides. I currently use the drunk elephant polypeptide cream everyday am/pm and wanted to incorporate the mandelic acid from the ordinary into my routine. Because I would only use the acid at night, I wanted to get some feedback on whether I should use a different moisturizer when I plan on using the acid or is using both products together ok. Thank you for you time😊.

That was the newish Neutrogena sunscreen serum. It also comes in a mist.

My derm told me that sugar, cured meats and processed food aren’t good for your organs, so they are not good for the skin. The skin is your largest organ. So any minimally processed whole food with healthy fats is good for the skin. Alcohol and sugar in moderation (few times per week at most).

Hiiiii, I love watching your videos! It just shows me that I am really really bad at caring for my skin. I have to admit that I literally don’t do anything with my skin except take my makeup off at night with a makeup wipe and I really want to change that so if you could help me, please do cause I really need it 😂
I recommend you start with the basics: cleanse, moisturize and spf for daytime because skin care can be overwhelming sometimes with all the products out there. There are also many good certified dermatologists on youtube who give advice on such topics, you could check them out if you want! In my opinion their advice is better than hyram's

I would be so happy if you could take a look at the skincare line "Indy Beauty" by Therése Lindgren. The're quite cheap, and they just launched an "advanced skin care" line, but I don't know if it really is that "advanced", or if it's just some basic stuff.
HI Hyram! I currently have a skin care routine but it doesn't seem to work very well
First i wash up my makeup with cleansing oil
then I wash my face with Cetaphil
Then I apply Trenton cream 0.05%
And moisturize with CeraVe Night time moisturizing lotion.

Hey Hyram I am a 14 year old teenager and I have acne which I am pretty sure is minor. I don't have many active inflammations on my face but what I am struggling with is mainly acne scars and I also have textured skin. I think I have combination to oily skin . And sometimes when I apply something like Agiderm gel or Retino A I get tiny red pinpoint dot under my eyes . if I don't immediately stop applying these creams they start spreading upto my forehead. In 2 weeks they go away . I don't know what is going on with my skin.
