  • Hollywood stardust descended on Wrexham when actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney bought the local football club in 2021. A hit documentary series ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ soon followed, earning glowing views across the globe. But according to the club’s Executive Director Humphrey Ker, ‘there is so much more to be told’. Ahead of season two, Humphrey joins us for his only British TV interview, to tell us what we can expect, explain why his time at Wrexham has been the best years of his life, and reveal who is the better football player; himself, Rob or Ryan!

    Yeh I can't stand soccer but this program has shown me a side of it that I love. Love this show and I love Wrexham!

    SPOILER ALERT! Season 2 even better than one - and we haven't even got to the guys getting promoted yet.. oppps (Well it's not exactly a secret.. they are 6 games into a new season for God's sake..)
    only thing.. have tissues.. lots of tissues.. and Ep 10.. just brilliantly done all round, BRAVO to the guys for making this.. can imagine most of Wrexham in bits watching it.

      It's on Disney+ everywhere in the world except the USA. The USA has some weird exclusivity contracts. I remember when Star Trek and The Office was pulled out in Netflix USA, but it was still available on Netflix everywhere else in the world.

    The people of Wrecsam had no interest when the english monarchy turned up...massive cringe to see the police trying to find people to hand out flags to on the empty streets

    sometimes I get confused when you say football. When in Canada we call it soccer. Football is another game in north america.

      The football game in north America should really be called handball. In South America, Europe, Asia, Australisa football (soccer) is called football which makes sense since you kick the ball with your foot not hold/throw it with your hand

      @@wallysymons7540 rugby and football used to be called ‘rugby football’ and ‘association football’.
      Association football was called soccer in England to differentiate between the two.
      American football was called football because it’s similar to rugby and soccer was called soccer because that was the name people used at the time.
      Soccer is an English name for the sport originally

      ​@@wallysymons7540why would they change the name there was many European countries that called it soccer until the 90s and then they just started calling it football for some reason and of course being the typical insufferable Europeans they act like they have called it soccer since before robert the Bruce showed up or something
