@@AnIdiotAboard_ Don't know enough about injector monopoly (actually sounds like a duopoly), [Offtopic starts from here] but at least my 9€ Scythe Slip Steam fans have survived like 14 years already. Sure some "high end" brands put some special designs and RGB bs in them and that design cost has to be paid with profit margins. Some may actually be worth the extra cost but after experiencing the Slip Streams for this long at this price, I would recommend them to everyone. Even the 1900 rpm model can be spun down to around 600 rpm with no problem, where they are pretty much silent.

The only option left is to polish the parts to ensure they function correctly and not stick, it has to be mentioned the fuel is not going to be best quality, water and other contaminants are very likely, so regular injector servicing such as this is necessary.
I do similar work at my dealership,and be sure this kind of repair will give around 200-500 km vehicle run,then it will start to leak and most probably will damage engine. I use to play like this with injectors when i just started my diesel experience and 100% of cars having polished valves and plates came back. The second look how much dirt around,look at his hands,vises must not be used to grip injector's bodies. Any way if you stuck in village at least this is the only way to repair.
Just good in disassembling and assembling. He just done clean and sanding. Common rail injectors need new fuel calibration after reman or repair, aka qr code at the top.

99% of the time in such repair, the shims are under spec, there fore, you have to replace them and recalibrate. Torque is playing a very inportant part in setting the stroke, airgap, and nozzle pin dept. Not that easy to repair an injector. Cleaning it won't be much of a difference. Anyway, taking in consideration your life conditions, I will say, I hope it worked.
The first thing I would do after getting my injector serviced by this business is place it in the rubbish. When servicing injectors new parts should be used I’m assuming it will pass quality control Due to no quality control Keep up the great work 👍

How this calibration is done
You don't need it. You just put 00000000000 into your engine computer for starters. After some time it will calibrate the injectors itself.
I didn't see the calibration shim go back in or did I miss it?
