Dozens of drivers took over several intersections and turned them into their personal stunt tracks Sunday night and into Monday morning all over Cleveland.
A few years ago, drivers were drag racing westbound on Miles Ave. at night. As they passed 118th they ran over a young nurse, dragging her several blocks, nearly killing her. They basically walked free. She will be recovering all of her life.
I guess it was about 15 years ago. The car-chain-gang was doing one of their gigs where everybody was driving with their car doors open, with legs outside as the cars were moving. Upon turning the corner, one driver lost control, side-swiping a telephone pole on the passenger side, where a young had her leg out. The car door crushed her leg and she ending up losing it. In her teens, she will struggle to drive, herself, without her right leg.
Everyone is ok with this until someone gets killed from doing this. We have race tracks for this. These guys can form car clubs together and literally make a clean name for themselves and really represent car culture.
Should of ran over the savages blocking your way. Nobody should prohibit you from driving to your destination. Hopefully they crash into a pole in their stolen cars
This has got to stop. This is not like playing a video game on y'all mama couch. This is NOT virtual reality. Operating a vehicle is a serious responsibility that requires alertness, consideration for other drivers, and the safety of pedestrians. Legally AND morally. ATVs, bicycle, and car drivers that are fined/jailed for their reckless behavior will not find sympathy from the public. Not from me.
The Justice Department criticized Cleveland's police chases. In 2014, Cleveland reformed its policy on police chases. Under the policy, officers can chase suspects in violent crimes, but only if the circumstances meet specific safety criteria, including the time of day, traffic and weather. Mar 14, 2021 People have been drag racing on Bessemer etc for a while now. ATV, motorbikes racing on the sidewalks, etc So what are you going to do?
Like almost all cities in the US, everything closes around 6pm . there's nothing to see or do in the evening and at night. people get bored and do this sort of thing . . It all started with suburbanization, strip malls, malls and for past 30 or so years the thruway exit developments have sucked all the retail, bars, restaurants, night spots and entertainment & even family entertainment venues out of the city core 20 or more miles away from out downtowns and main streets .
Let me translate for thos who don't understand 😅 I sat and smiled like a good resident.didn't want to become a victim.(translation) ima white boy in the ghetto so ima smile to make the black guys think I'm cool so they don't jump me ! .... your welcome 😅
The blm was something where we lost a lot of officers so Cle pd is spread then. Then there's a policy's for cle police about pursuits. So let's the white dodge charger takes off and it's not a violent crime the police won't chase. And you can't stop them all. You have 40 to 50
This happened in front of me when I was in an Uber. They held up traffic for 15 minutes and then what looked like hundreds of people jumped out of their cars and started recording them.
Give them a mandatory 5 year prison sentence for anyone who does it, 1st offensive or not and I guarantee you it would stop. Anyone who supports this mess is sick because there are a lot of innocent bystanders and pedestrians getting hurt because of stuff like this or losing their life. There's a time and place for that type of stuff and it's not in the middle of a busy intersection. Just care free behavior. These sole call elected officials need to start holding these. people accountable. Same thing With the ATV's and people driving up-and-down these residential streets where children are playing. There are people that work and have jobs And kids attending schools and have to listen to this nonsense in the middle of the night on the residential streets. Some people are just straight up ignorant and have no type of Morals about themselves.
@@carsonalbright1753 I see but always remember karma knocks on everyone's door 🚪. It's never a laughing matter when it hits home though. They need to get locked up point blank
